Australia [186/5] defeat India [174/7] by 12 runs in the 3rd T20I - India wins series 2-1

Henriques is a waste of space. Faulkner or Ashton Turner or Handscomb would have been better.
No idea why Australian selectors have picked such awful players with better ones apart from those rested.
Behrendorff, Joel Paris, Neser are definitely better than Abbott, Sams and Tye.

Poor team except for Finch, Wade and Maxwell.
 
I wish I could see the sort of fielding from Pakistani fielders some time soon.

Lol they aren't better. Neser is a test player and mediocre short format player.
Paris is trash.
Benhrendorff is a good odi bowler. I am not sure about his T20 credentials.

Faulkner disappeared.
Turner is average.
Handscomb is actually quite decent but he lacks the power game.
 
Australia please win today to keep the disgruntled Pakistani fans happy. Please. Om Shanti.

Pandya and Rahul though if both are in 'aaj karrkey ayaa mode' then Aussies will get spanked again.

You have undue hate for Maxwell. He is a pretty good player. Definitely someone opposition doesn't want to like to. He scored a 100 in a FC match where his team was out for 120 or 130 something and he had a 100 in that.

When has he performed outside Australia on difficult pitches in tests?
Hell even in odi and t20 he is a trash hack outside Australia Condtions.

He is not a Test player. Has barely played any Tests.
He scored a century in India in t20is last year from my vague memory.
Has been pretty good in t20 wcs.
 
Australia should hang their heads in shame if they get swept after all these gifts.

Are you joking? How was that team stronger than this one? Smith, Starc, Hazlewood all have featured this series. And UAE is a completely different proposition to Australia. Don't know where you were going with that..

He was dropped twice in that game.

Dropped today again. Jeez India's fielding is terrible. what the hell happened to us.
 
He may be a trundler, but Natarajan has bowled well. I am impressed with his attitude and performance.
 
Do they have any tests in gabba and perth.
Sydney has gotten a lil boring now.

Zampa wasn't used well in last game. He shouldn't have been bowling the 18th over. Ideally spinners quota should finish at 15th or max 16th over.

He has great control.
Will serve india well in t20s as long as his back stays fine. Too much back in that action.
 
Another dropped catch by Chahal - India probably is the worst fielding side in the world today. Pathetic...
 
This must be the worst fielding performance by any team in the history of international cricket.
 
India deserves to lose this game by 100 runs the way they have fielded today.. Looks like a race who will dropped the most..

But when he connects, there is no one like him in the world. Makes me think if Pakistan board had supported Umar Akmal like Australia supported Maxwell, could Umar have been at the same level where Maxwell is today?

Our fielders also don't have the fitness neither the intention or energy to throw themselves in the field.
Malik, Rizwan and Shadab are the only athletes in our team.

Just who or what is a "trundler"? if bowling in 130s is trundling, i believe quiet a few Pakistani bowlers are also "trundlers" ...
 
Despite losing fewer wickets Aus has somehow managed to put out a worse batting display than the 2nd t20. Ind to win this comfortably. Don't see Aus winning any t20 WCs in the near Future. They don't know how to play this format. On wickets like these and drops as bad, They should have made 200.
 
I bowler anyone who doesn't bowl above 140 kph is called a trundler.

He’s slow and accurate, plus has an awkward angle due to being a left armer. Perfect for these batting friendly bouncy pitches, that too with large boundaries, will always be more economical than a 150kph bowler.
 
Australia is clearly not serious about the T20I series. They'd much rather make sure that they don't lose the tests than even try to compete in the T20I Series. Fair play to India for taking Finch out early, but the squad selection is absolutely horrendous on Australia's part.

1st Test Match should be an interesting one.

Glenn Maxwell led a charmed life, dropped at least twice and then getting dismissed off a no-ball.
 
Maxwell got lucky otherwise it was a terrible move to bowl him. His over last match cost the match early on for Australia.

Even when Kohli misses a shot, he says "Oh what a miss by the master!" :facepalm:
 
Aussies and Indians trying to outdo each other in the field today, what a high quality Big 3 match?
 
Smith was having problems with lights last match as well.
Do Aussies have any average pace bowler other than those rested. This lot are so poor, can't even beat the batsman with one ball.
