Have seen Trent bridge enough in my life time. This is a big scoring ground, tiny boundaries and lightning fast outfield . 350 here is equivalent to what be 280-300 in Melbourne.

BD consistently leaks 300 plus runs. Their batting is not that good to gun down 300 consistently. May be against West Indies. But not against better sides. Their only chance is by limiting opposition to manageable total like 290

Maxwell's run out and Warner's out came in wrong time. BD still in the match.

Throughout the innings I didn’t feel aus run away with it until the last 10 where fizz gave 18 runs and pathetic over from Rubel 25 or so but then again he never bowls well at the death. But maxwell could’ve taken it beyond 400. Rush of wickets towards the end will make them feel better coming to bat
 
Mash made an error giving rubel that over. Fizz is still your best bowler and even if he goes for runs is able to come back strong at the death and has proven it many times. Rubel is known to be poor at the death. 25 off that over hurt alot!

It doesn't mean Bangladesh or even Afghanistan bowlers are better than Australia, Pakistan or S Africa.

BD is lucky not to chase 400+ due to Maxwell's run out. If they can win this match they can win this cup.

25 off rubels over if you take 15 off it say aus finished with 366. 367 to get would’ve been better but ideally 350 under. They must learn sometimes a pitch is so good you just have keep it down to certain amount. Post 40 there too many big overs despite having 5 allowed outside the circle makes no difference it seems

Sowmya and Liton gave to open and go hell for leather. Shakib at 3 and mushi at 4 as well. Tamim is too slow. BD need to absolutely smash it in the first ten to have a chance.

You know someone hasn't achieved anything significant when they keep on mentioning the 3 wins from 4 years ago.

Check up on your 2017 tour of SA. If you had played Aus 5 times in the uae, you would have not only lost 5-0 you would have been destroyed. Isn't it sad that no top 5 team wants to play with you??

Ranatunga and aravind both were a bit thick but they were as quick as cat. I was always surprised how they could maintain that with that physique.
 
Days of fat players are over though. You can no longer get selected without good fitness. All major teams now focus on fitness.

May be sarfi has low RBC count or Hb is low in blood. Due to lack of oxygen in the body, yawn could trigger. Doesn't mean he was not interested.
 
BD should try to score 182 after 30 overs. That leaves them with 200 runs to get in 20 overs.

It is tough but they should believe.

Newsflash- that was 23 years ago & cricket has moved on... far FAR on. Cosgrove was a great Oz batting talent but never selected because he couldn't get fit. Kwahaja spent 2 years in the wilderness until he installed a gym in in house, got his own trainer & lost 7kg...

It's exactly that kind of thinking which saw the WI fall so far so fast- other countries got busy building academies, getting more professional, raising standards. WI let it all deteriorate. Now they are ruined.

NZ did the opposite- went from a bunch of happy go lucky amateurs to ruthless, pro's who forced a change (more aggressive, more specialists, less bits n pieces) because they realised their dibble dobbly amateur hour stuff could only get them so far in the modern age.

Pakistan can remain a side with only half a team of decent fielders, a few fatties & be a sideshow or follow the IK plan, focus resources, trim the fat in players, admin, hangers on & "first class" cricket as some weird employment gravy train instead of a cut-throat comp. That SHoaib- who wasted a career because he could never get fit enough to bowl 2 decent spells, let alone back up to bowl a second day is some sort of authority says it all.
