Again I would say Babar, Imam, Shaheen, Shadab, Hasnain are still learning their craft. I have seen Smith, Kohli, Williamson, ABD, Steyn etc fail multiple time in the start of their careers.

Pak is far behind in experience in comparison to most of other teams if we exclude 38 + players.
