His role is to hold his end and bat through the innings. His role is to allow other batsmen to bat freely and not worry about wickets.

Get out of the T20 mind set. You need different type of players in all XIs.

The run rate is fine, it would have been better if Fakhar wasn't a hack and Babar had brain cells.

Imam's temperament is out of this world and you need a batsman like him to bat through the innings.

Imam needs to take things deep and not try to emulate Hafeez, he can simply keep giving strike to Hafeez and avoid risk for some time. wickets will be important in the end. run rate will not be an issue, with their lack of 5th bowler.

I think that's asking a lot of the professor. You're asking him to bat for 26 overs. He's surely in good fitness, but the key right now is strike rotation and keeping at 6-7 runs an over.
