Haris wont win you games chasing 330. I already know its due to a lack of ability why he got out.
 
Imad Wasim should atleast hit some now as he is supposedly in form and our 'only all rounder'.

Bowling mai to kuch krta nahi yahan he kuch kr lai.

Saad is a depressed little player who has been forced out of his comfort-zone. I hope the selectors and management don’t discard him based on this.

Nevertheless, this is his last ODI for quite some time.

those stats are gained from scoring in case you were unaware.
 
And strikers Asif Ali, Sohail Akhtar and Iftikhar Ahmed cant get in this XI where not a single batsman can hit a six.

Just two sixes for us today 1 from Haris and now 1 from Imad
 
Need a 20 run over to compensate for all the slow overs previously
 
Saad Ali, Abbas ,and Yasir Shah have been selected in the wrong format. What a waste this series has been.

Where was the support for him? No one can chase 330 on his own. Some quick cameos need to be played at the back end of the innings. Umar akmal and imad are supposed to play those cameos but they have failed.
 
Afghanistan finishers are far better than us
Rashid and Nabi are quite good in late overs hitting

You can only blame the selectors. They keep selecting players for wrong formats. and the management keep playing them on wrong positions.

The same argument was used for Rizwan in the last game but you said it was his fault. But for Haris, this reasoning is good enough.

See what I mean about favourites.
 
Inzi and Mickey needs to be held accountable for some really poor selections for the series.
 
Saad's batting is just sad.




Can't entirely blame him though both times came in with required rat at 10+
 
Pakistani batsmen should watch Hussey's batting against us in 2010 T20 WC SF. He didn't come out all guns blazing. He tired our fielders by converting singles into twos. Someone like Saad Ali should try to follow that template.
 
imad wasim has only taken 3 wickets in 5 matches. he has to do more with the bat, other wise hassan ali is currently the only all rounder in the team.

The guys that don't have the game to hit big, just give up more often than not. It's painful to watch.
 
You just need couple of consolidators max in the team and Babar and Haris are enough for that. England play with just one though and that is root.

How hard it is to play best strikers and stroke makers in the country for LOIs

- Haris will get a chance in England
- Hasnain bowled well, but needs to get the same treatment as SSA
- Shinwari is a better bowler than Junaid Khan

Again, Rizwan was chasing 260 and had a centurion Abid at the other hand. Haris was chasing 330 and batting alone.

Even in such impossible or unfavorable situations, a batsman has enough time to showcase his talent and ability. In both the innings, Saad has failed to show any glimpse of talent or of what he's made of.

You are missing most important thing here

- Umar Akmal is still rubbish. One of the biggest positive for Pakistan.

A missing link we had before the series is still there with no six hitters and we only tried Akmal. We should have tried atleast couple of others

They can't even follow Miandad let alone Hussey.

Seven overs is a long time in modern day cricket. All you need to do is give yourselves 2 overs to build a base for your inning, and to give your body some time to open up. Not everyone is a Russel who will get away with hitting it from the word go.

Inzi and Mickey are on a free ride without any accountability for more than a year now.
 
To think liabilities like malik hafeez safraz are to come back into this team... LOL

Inzi is freaking garbage. Yasir and Abbas selected on no merit whatsoever.

Then we have Imam who will lose us some game at the WC.

I expect Asif Ali to be in the final 15 for WC.

Should’ve tried him out and given him exposure to good bowling.
 
Atleast Imad is a fighter... he may not be the most talented player around but you cannot fault him for trying his best to win it for the side unlike some players.
 
I think babar azam should open with fakhar in the world cup followed by haris , hafeez (if available)/rizwan, sarfraz and and asif ali. Dont know how pakistan can fit in imam , babar , haris and rizwan in the same 11.
 
Imad really needs to work on his bowling now that he is a sure starter in WC because of his batting.

1 wicket on average and an economy of 4.5 and a late cameo would be good.

Asif is the only lower order hitter we tried and he showed ability to hit, he needs to get more experience to adjust at international level. Atleast if he develops he can be useful, no point in playing the likes of Saad Ali at this number.

Faheem is a bowling all rounder while Umar is a batsman not a finisher or a hitter management wants him to become.

Iftikhar Ahmed and Sohail Akhtar showed decent hitting ability in PSL as well.

Disappointed in team again.

Haris ‘Fragile’ Sohail saves from axe again. Will play 2 WC games then his oh ah will start . He should be the face of Heat rub

Yasir used to be handy with the bat.

It is disappointing to see how his game has regressed.
 
Imam’s batting is better than Faheem and show-off’s combined.
 
Imad really fighting it out there. He's not a perfect one but he's the close thing to an all-rounder you guys have.
