Towards the end pitch got easier to bat on. Australia will walk all over them. Stupid run out cost them atleast 40 runs

We are just supporting Afghanistan who are playing attractive style of cricket unlike some other mediocre bunch. This Australian team scares no one.

Shami is coming back from injury. That is why he is struggling to touch 140 often. Pandya can bowl fast. But he prefers bowling cutter on these pitches. Rana clocked 145k and then bowled at 110 kph.

Also always liked Afg team doing well.

They have the same jazba and delari of Pak team plus

they also have a better work ethics and do not rely on kudrat ka nizam.

They are what Pak could have been.....

Plus what also helps is the absence of 4 wars among us.
 
Excellent target. It's one of those scores that can get the batters double minded whether to go hard at it or to settle down. Imo these can be tricky chases compared to 300+ where the strategy to go all hard is clearer

Afg captain was too slow and killed the momentum in the middle overs. Otherwise, they could have scored 300.
I feel they fell short by 20-30 runs. Let's see how the pitch behaves in the second half.

That's what makes the target tricky. 273 is plenty but it seems easy to achieve
 
Hope Afghanistan gets their revenge. It is very very tough because batting looked getting easier by the minute towards the end. Not enough resources from Afghanistan that could make use of some pies

Lol that father of two rana was hardly bowling at 135-137.He might have clocked 140 once or twice but he can't bowl consistently at that pace.
india has got the slowest pacers in the tournament even Bangladesh had a bowler who could bowl 140 consistently.

Dude.. he purposely bowls at slower pace. He hit 151 kph in the recent series.

Yet they will bowl quicker in tests than any other nation barring SA

I just showed he bowled lol Why are you saying "He doesn't bowl at that pace". So you prefer bowling brainleessly at 145k and going 7.18 runs per over which is what Haris Rauf's economy in ICC ODIs against non minnows.
 
Normally I don’t care for champions trophy.

Plus we have losers like Kl Rahul’s
And the c word loser like Rohit and kohli playing who are washed up. So it’s a very unlikeable team with mental midgets that shouldn’t be playing when we have way better players on bench

However I just really want us to win for our friend sweep shot

He deserves to celebrate another Indian victory.

India have the second fastest pace attack in tests

I believe pak bowlers can’t even survive the test without breaking down?

Certainly not consistently. He doesn't bowl at that pace.
Haris is decent but nothing extraordinary he picks up wickets but he goes for runs. He is a wicket taker even though very expensive.

In your conversation with another poster( forgot which one) you proudly proclaimed about supporting Pakistan and that you're supporting mainly cause you're from kashmir and hence you get to support both sides.

No not really certainly not 139 ks and year or two ago naseem was fastest pacer in Asia on average in test but injuries have made him slow.

Seriously? He has clearly said many times that he supports Pakistan, but sometimes he also supports Indian players. What's wrong with that?
