Babar is sure quality. No doubt about that. But these comparisons aren't healthy.

When Raina emerged on the scene, there were similar comparisons with Tendulkar after 'x' number of games. Even Dravid who was his captain made a statement which was twisted out of context to suggest he had said Raina was as good as Sachin.

Very good players become great players across a long career. Right now Babar is potentially a Pakistani great, if not a world great. Kohli faced similar expectations early on, embraced them and later achieved them.

Just let Babar progress normally.

Numbers aside, what I find most remarkable about him is his consistency across all formats at such a young age.

Even a young root and kohli were not this consistent and only a young Williamson showed the mental fortitude.

To be Fair Babar Has Said In Numerous Interviews And His Teammates And Coaches Also Told The Same Thing that He Has The Desire To Become World's Best Batsman and He Also works Hard In Nets And practice a lot .He Already has A Near perfect Technique so I don't see a reason for him to not become a As Good as Kohli.
but then Again Kohli Has Set a benchmark That is very Very Difficult To achieve

QdK is an interesting case, he hasn't been that good recently. He still scores pretty consistently but lost the conversion rate. Had 11 100s and 7 50s at one point, now it's 14/24. Poor record in tournaments too.

The good thing about Babar is that he’s humble, keeps his head down and gets runs, unlike some other youngsters in the Pakistan team. He will only keep on improving as he will never be satisfied with how good he already is. When players start thinking they are good enough, that’s when they stop improving and their performances start going down, loke Hasan Ali.

Yes he cracked the ODI code and once you have done that I think its quit easy for modern day opening batsmen now a days bowlers basically have to bowl a beauty and the wickets are flat. I feel that Babar after playing 100 odd games will become even better.
