Zimbabwe doesn't have any future under the current board. They are heading towards Kenya way. Most of the players have lack of fitness and their bowlers are even worse than 3rd division English county teams.

Even hack like Fakhar scored 200 against Zimbabwe. ICC really needs to set a minimum standard for teams like Zimbabwe, Ireland to maintain ODI status.

No offense I have been following your post on Zimbabwe related threads and it looks like you have agenda against Zimbabwe.

Jokes aside, it is very hard for Zimbabwe to progress under their current financial condition. Their international cricketers earn less than Domestic cricketers in most countries

Cricket isn't popular in Zimbabwe and their financial condition makes it difficult for them to improve. they often have players turning down a contract.

I think its more to do with corruption!!!! If they produced players like Flower Brother, Steath, Howton.. surely they is some base still there. But most likely the selection is taken place based on race and favoritism.

Congratulations to BD. Great win.

I feel bad for Zimbabwe though. They are going downhill.

Ireland is pretty good actually. They recently tied the T20 series in West Indies. They also gave good fight to England in England.

Zimbabwe is worse than Ireland and possibly the worst Test nation currently.

ZIM cricketers central contracts actually pay more than Bangladesh’s. They just never get full payment.

Their board steals all the money.

To be fair, the only way they will have a new board is if they are either kicked out of the ICC or if they fail to qualify for World cups or the ODI super league.
