Sarkar is an attacking batsman, he has been getting starts just hasn't been converting those starts.

Salam, should be comfortable win. They gave few easy extras in early overs, which kept Afghans comfortable for few over - few more tight overs, once the ball gets softer, it'll be tougher to maintain 6+ asking.
