I'd make two changes for the next match Nazimuddin for Shahriar Nafees and Farhad Reza for Shahadat Hossain.

Yeah but I don't see Akmal playing in the team for long and if he is dropped then we need another opener (which by the way we need anyhow since Akmal is not a solution to our opening problems), so if Akmal is dropped then we need another opener and a keeper thus we have to drop Fawad Alam and then we will be needing other bowling option part form Malik & Afridi.

lol those were the two perhaps people wanted to see perform (after Gul and Tanvir performed well in IPL)

so hopefully it was just an 'off' match for the latter two - against India they might be more up for it.
