How stupid can Sarfraz get. Why take the bloody single

he is trying to boost the total score without having to slog. If Sarfaz had waited for the boundary every over, he'd be out by now, and we'd be bottled for 200.

He's already taken us from 199 to around 219. Hopefully he'll get over 220.

He isn't exactly folding to pressure and getting out like the proper batsmen above him have. He's scored 37 at a strike of 78. Pretty good considering the position we're in. His contribution has been valuable.

People are having a go at strike rate (when Sarfaz is scoring now at SR of 83). But the biggest problem this innings wasn't the rate (though as bad as it was). It was the fact we couldn't even last 50 overs. If our batsmen like Umar akmal, Hammad, Afridi, even Hafeez as rubbish as his strike rate was had stayed in, confident we'd have something like 250. Poor old sarfaz is having and depended to accelerate protecting tailenders, despite not being a natural hitter or any real lengthy international eperience. And even then he's doing a good job.
