Sarfraz looks under pressure, and I bet its because of the vice-captaincy. For once he now isn't the darling of the public and is under scrutiny, with people expecting him to go out there and give performances worthy of a possible future captaincy candidate. it's quite obvious that Azhar is not part of the long term plans and that Sarfraz is, which puts him under even more pressure.

He has to focus on his keeping and keep improving his batting to appease his fans, while also dealing with the extra pressure served up by captaincy, such as interviews and public criticism.

Sarfaraz needs to realize that he isn't just the darling of the media and public anymore. He has to go out there and perform every match or otherwise, as he has seen before in his career, his highs will suddenly become lows and he will once again be lost in the wilderness
