What's new

Bangladesh vs Pakistan | 2nd ODI | Dhaka | 19th April | Pakistan Innings

Smith was also VERY similar to Saad. He was also a bits and pieces batsman up until that tour in India. He had a FC average of 30 before his golden run and was not even in the team let alone talked about him being the next captain. It all depends on hardwork and if Smith could do it why can't Saad?

No.

He had a first class average over 40 and after the 2013/14 season had a first class average over 50

Not to forget his centuries in tests in Eng, SA. SMith was very good before the India series. He just went to the next level after the India series

They need a minimum of 230

and then they have a 11% chance of winning if they can take some early wickets

Generally Pakistan is good to defend small total. Its no-way 330 runs pitch as mentioned by Atahar.

Wahab Riaz - best bowler in the team, best tailender as well as the best filder

True MVP. :waqar

We don't have the spinners. Chucking Ajmal, Hafeez and Afridi could have defended it, but there is little hope now, other than a Wahab burst.

Sorry. Then it should be about getting the opposition get settled by bowling part timers in a trot when the team was under control. right?

Was his first game as captain.

You want him to emulate Imran in his first game as captain?

What do you see in Wahab that tells you that in his first game he will be captain better than Azhar? Aggression?

Even Afridi looked aggressive, but had 05 fields in the boundary when it comes to captaining.

So your statement is entirely holey and not seriously acceptable at all.

Open your arms if you are going to hit. Whats the point of keeping bat so close to the body. I don't understand.

Saad clearly isnt a power hitter. Why is he batting at 6 7? The team selection is baffling

Nasim is not a finisher. His only strength is rotating the strike in the middle overs. He is an okay option for 4/5 but I think for 6/7, you need someone with power hitting.

LOL at rotating strike
