When proceedings about the case were going on in the Supreme Court of Pakistan he asked his workers to attack the Supreme Court (as seen in the video). The money was done with the help of his in law.. who is the Finance Minister in the current term.

Thanks for sharing this!

Oh my goodness! I just watched it, cannot believe the level of corruption which has been exposed here. Honestly, how are Pakistanis as a people, and Pakistan as a nation, going to prosper if their leaders are so corrupt?

I am not able to watch the video on mobile. Any other link for this?

Still he claims innocence despite being openly exposed. This man should be hanged!

Where are the Sharif supporters? Or better Imran Khan haters?

No one would report in this thread now. And then people ask why do you hate shareefs? This is just a tip of the iceberg.

even the PMLN supporters (atleast the educated ones) know he is corrupt. They are either also corrupt and therefore dont care, or they claim to be guardians of democracy and want this so called democracy to run its course.

Shariff and zardari have created empires for themselves by robbing their own people blind. They are setting the stage for their children to take over next.

What ever you think if Imran/PTI and their politics, they are still 1000 times more honest than these other crooks.

i dont think the group is cleanly divided into corrupt nawaz supporters and honest imran supporters. I bet a lot of supporters of imran also come from families which have disproportionate assets and have done financial frauds from not paying taxes to taking bribes. one should also have the courage to question ones parents and relatives the way they protest against nawaz for corruption. reminds me of the India against Corruption "movement" a few years ago when bollywood celebrities (of all people) had joined the moral crusade, along with software enggs who are seen running for fake rent receipts when tax filing date is due.

Even if a minority of PTI members are corrupt, no one can accuse Imran of such a thing. Shariff on the other hand...

Its one thing if a lower level party member is found to be corrupt, but the PM of your country? Jeez. Thats how you know youll never be more than a third world country.

And by corruption here I dont mean little things like not paying your taxes. I know that hurts your country, but these guys are beyond that. I mean taking millions of dollars of kickbacks on infrastructure projects, rigging federal elections, placing family members/ puppets in important government positions, etc...

I am not comparing imran with nawaz. in my opinion imran, even with his drawbacks, is a lot better than nawaz.

Also not comparing PTI with PMLN. Just questioning the supporters of Imran if they are really clean, or come from a clean background. protest against nawaz all they want, but will they also ask their family members if they have any ill gotten wealth, and ask them to pay taxes (after civil disobedience ends) with full honesty? morality is a convenience store.

If you have a clean administration at the top its effects will trickle down.

Why would someone be liable or responsible for questioning family members? Shouldnt the federal government be responsible for seeking taxes?
I know you didnt mean to ask it as a direct question, and you were actually questioning the integrity of PTI supporters. But the fact is, if you have a government that is doing its jobs they will extract taxes no matter what degraded levels of integrity people have. So the point is irrelavent.

in short, enforcement of morality is the job of the government, and not those who are attending the moral crusade.

enforcement of laws is the job of the government yes.

However, those attending the "moral crusade" are not there questioning Nawaz Shariff's accumalated wealth.

They are questioning the legitimacy of the government as there were proven allegations of unverified votes.

As well as the government's inability to do its job impartially, i.e. the model town incident.

I despise both Sharif and Imran Khan so I fail to see the connection between being a Sharif supporter and a Khan hater. You can be against both, Sharif for being a corrupt far right nut and Khan for being an honest far right nut, without your beliefs conflicting each other.

Hahahahaha Mamoon MalikMohsin AZ saadibaba - what a bunch of hypocrites and cowards - Come in here and give us your "opinion" on the above video.

And btw, it's been 11 days yet no result from the investigation commission on that video of Punjab Law Minister taking money from a person accused of fraud by FIA - whats up with that?

Unless Pakistanis own up to the fact that the political system is corrupt, with (mis)leaders corrupting it further, nothing will change.

For all those condemning and criticising Imran Khan and/or Dr. Tahir ul-Qadri - go and do something productive and constructive to change your country, instead of doing nothing. Change comes through hard work and sacrifice, not empty rhetoric and smart words.

I am firmly non-nationalistic, but pray Allah SWT bless Imran Khan and Dr Qadri with His protection and help, their supporters and followers too.

Oh look, Nawaz is corrupt. Surprise!

Brilliant discovery. :14:

Nawaz Sharif being involved in money laundering isn't a secret.
Nawaz Sharif being involved in tax evasion isn't a secret.
Nawaz Sharif being involved in foreign investment & his overseas assets aren't secret.
Nawaz Sharif bribing journalists, judges, courts isn't a secret.
Nawaz Sharif awarding his family & relatives isn't a secret.
Nawaz Sharif using power to increase wealth isn't a secret.
Nawaz Sharif taking money from establishment to rig election isn't secret.
etc
etc
.
.
BUT Nawaz Sharif can't ever be involved in election rigging, Imran Khan is just desperate to become PM otherwise Nawaz Sharif and Zardari are saving democracy and Imran is conspiring against democracy.

that was a damning edited documentary.

how do pmln supporters justify supporting him?

how do the critics of those who want to brnig sharif to justice, justify their stance?

If what you say is true about Nawaz Sharif, he should not be standing in, or contesting, any elections - he should be in jail.

It is utterly ridiculous to defend a corrupt politician whilst attacking a man who is not corrupt. If you had cared to listen to Imran Khan, you would have realised that his concern is for the poor, vulnerable, minorities, and not for himself. No-one sleeps in a container for the love of power, they do it because they are willing to make sacrifices for a greater cause and the greater good.

its not fair just to pick on az to be honest, theres several others who are somewhere near as guilty.

there should be another similar thread that is put up on zardari and benazir too.

It is each individuals right to support whoever they want but if they come on the forum and defend these crooks then as far as I am concerned it is open season, as the actions of these crooks is a matter of life and death for millions of people. Can imagine the progress the country could have made if these guys weren't so greedy. Like many people I believe there are two types of corruption; one is corruption to survive and the other is just plain greed and these guys from the PML and PPP are guilty of the latter.

In the UK the libel Laws are very strict and very fair so why didn't the Sharifs sue. You know perfectly well why they didn't, because they knew they Would lose and by not suing they could maintain their innocence because they could always persuade illiterate idiots( naming no names)they they were innocent as the UK justice wouldn't give them a fair hearing.

an 'investigation' whose leading officer was Rehman Malik...ab banda iske aagey kya kahe.

pot? kettle?

the truth is the truth even if its told by a liar.

it would be a shock if you found the gumption to respond to allegations against the pmln in terms of the substance of the allegations, rather than continual tangential inconsequential scapegoating. however bad rehman malik is, and im sure he will be sharing a berth with zardari and sharif wherever they end up in the next life, what about the substance of the report?

of course, avoiding the topic is consistent with being unable to defend it.

Didn't we see the boss of Rehman Malik having a very passionate tete tete with Mian Sahib only a couple of days ago.

I still wonder why our ferishta sift Sharif family wasn't interested in taking BBC to courts for this documentary...
