These are the batsmen I would choose on a wicket with the ball turning square against a spin attack.I have allotted a batting order upto no.7.

1.Sunil Gavaskar
2.Jack Hobbs
3.Rohan Kanhai
4.Brian Lara
5.Sachin Tendulkar
6.Alan Border
7.Gary Sobers

To me Bradman was not at his best against spin.He hardly proved himself on genuine turners or against great spin in India.Viv Richards was often troubled by great spin.Kanhai and Lara revealed genius against spin ,Gavaskar and Sachin were an epitome of mastery and Border was the ultimate fighter.Javed Miandad,Zaheer Abbas ,Ian Chappell ,Everton Weekes and Alvin Kalicharan just miss out.Always remember Lara's treatment of Murli in Sri Lanka when aggregating 688 run and Border averaging 131.22 with 2 150's in a single test in Pakistan in 1980.Kanhai mastered the likes of Subash Gupte in 1958-59 .Zaheer batted in the manner of Bradman versus Indian spinners in 1978-79 at home but in that period they were not at their best.

From the players i have been watched live

Sehwag
Hayden
Sanga
Sachin
Lara
Amla
Younis

I don't know if Younis makes a lot of ATG XI's and other XI's in general but this is one team Younis makes without a doubt. I don't think there's the need for a second thought. His marathon knocks vs India on absolute dustbowls were iconic.

Sehwag, Andy flower and YK IMO are better players of spin than jack Hobbs and Rohan Kanhai who would not have been as successful as the three I mentioned had they played in their era against spin..

Younis over some English dinsosaur who never played Test Cricket in the subcontinent.

Gavaskar is the greatest ever on such pitches. His last test innings of 96 was on the most deadly spinning pitch OF ALL TIME. There were some balls bowled by Pakistan's spinners in that game that were literally going over the keeper's head... that's how much turn and bounce there was on that pitch.-

Sehwag
Sunny
Bradman
Lara
Neil Harvey
Sobers
Andy Flower

I have not seen anyone better than Vinod Kambli against spin. His footwork was dazzling and so pretty to watch. For those who know someone by the name of Shane Warne, Kambli once smashed him for 22 runs in an over.
