Blast in a car near Delhi Fort results in multiple casualties

Glad you said it's outdated and didn't provide anything to say it is wrong. So agree it's fact established since birth of your country. India has a lot to improve...and compared to West we have a huge number of Muslims who actually can riot or kill majority population... Try doing it in West and let's see how your utopia lasts. What would happen in Pakistan if Hindus burnt a train full of Muslims or razed Mosques or lynched a Muslim boy or married a Muslim girl without converting. India is not easy for Muslims specially under current government but then the actions of few Muslims make it harder for secualr libersls to defend Islam.
You aren't secular.

Either way the reasonable people have been caught. They are homegrown terrorists radicalized by Jaish handlers when they were known Turkey. Digital evidence have been estd with Jaish handlers. They were caught putting Jaish posters. Many of their compatriots are still at large. So far the foot soldiers have been identified and the point of contact or handler has been identified. It will take more investigation to identify the sponsor.

So the Jaish handlers are from Turkey?

Wow so many doctors hatched this plan and had planned big terrorist attack in December. Indian government will have to be on its toes with a big population prone to radicalization. These kinda guys will not even be happy in islamic country like Pakistan as they want Sharia law. What an absolute mess this is! It will be a very long battle but we must be prepared to fight and decisive in killing it's backbone at every step. Thanks to Kashmir Police a big tragedy was averted from Happening.

Out of all this mess, they were the biggest surprise package for me.kashmir state police have stopped it . they have finally started doing their duty with out terrorist state influence.

Nope that is not the solution. You hang them, they will become martyrs and dozen more fidayeens will rise.

India need to first stop copying west and remove this farce of secularism. Nehru's idea of secularism maybe was right in 1947 but it will simply not work in modern era under complex Sub continent geopolitics.

Once this is done, close all Madradas and leftist universities, kick out illegal Bangladeshis and Rohingyas, implement CAA and NRC. Any state govt refusing to adhere, President rule pronto.
What is government waiting for. They should start the process immediately. Hanging or killing by a firing squad is an easy solution, it will instill fear in minds of such terrorists.

The world sees India just like how India sees Bihar.

Last time you had an argument it was in support of the genocide.

Please explain to me the “actual” news you are referring to and I’ll gladly take a look.

Until then I found zilch which means:

1. This case is too complex for NIA to resolve anytime soon
2. It is in fact a pure home grown terrorist case with all JEM handlers situated in IOK but BJP don’t want to admit it to avoid looking bad

Indian police investigate Kashmir link to Delhi blast

Three days after a car exploded near the Red Fort in the Indian capital, Delhi, killing eight people, investigators have told the BBC they are checking if it has any links to the recent arrests of seven men by police in Indian-administered Kashmir.

They say they are also investigating if it has any connections to the recent seizure of 2,900kg of explosives from Faridabad, a Delhi suburb.

On Wednesday, the federal cabinet issued a resolution calling it "a heinous terror incident, perpetrated by anti-national forces".

The reaction matched earlier comments by Prime Minister Narendra Modi who spoke of a "conspiracy", warned that "the conspirators will not be spared" and "all those responsible will be brought to justice".

Similar comments were made by Defence Minister Rajnath Singh and Home Minister Amit Shah. Mr Shah, who is in-charge of internal security, said he had instructed officials "to hunt down each and every culprit behind this incident".

Police confirmed that they had registered cases under the anti-terror law Unlawful Activities Prevention Act (UAPA) – in addition to the Explosives Act and criminal code - and the investigation was handed over to the National Investigation Agency (NIA), India's counter-terrorism law enforcement agency.

The police or the NIA are yet to hold a press conference or issue a formal statement on the investigation.

But in the meantime, leaks and source-based reports in the Indian media have led to all sorts of unverified information making headlines.

They have also raised a lot of unanswered questions – the most important of which is whether the explosion is linked to the recent arrests of seven men by Kashmir police and the seizure of weapons and explosives from Faridabad.

Just hours before Monday evening's blast, police in the Indian federal territory of Jammu and Kashmir put out a statement naming the arrested men, including two doctors, from Kashmir and the states of Uttar Pradesh and Haryana.

They said they had seized some weapons, including two automatic rifles, and 2,900kg of bomb-making material from Faridabad.

The Kashmir police statement spoke of "a white collar terror ecosystem" and added that they were looking to "trace and apprehend" some more people whose names had cropped up during investigation.

The NIA told the BBC that they have just taken over the Delhi blast case and are examining the "voluminous documents" and are unable to say much at this point.

But they say they are investigating every angle, including any linkages between the arrests and a man in a viral photo who's being described in the Indian media as the car's alleged driver.

Media reports have said the man drove around the city for hours and was parked in a nearby parking lot for three hours before reaching the spot of the blast. The NIA or the police have not confirmed any of these details.

Monday evening's blast took place at 18:52 local time (13:22 GMT) when a slow-moving vehicle stopped at a busy traffic signal and went up in a ball of fire.

Footage from the location showed remains of a charred white car and a number of other gutted vehicles, including an autorickshaw and cycle rickshaws.

Within hours of the blast, Home Minister Shah confirmed the explosion had taken place in the white Hyundai i20.

But officially, there has been no information forthcoming on who the car belonged to or how it blew up.

The iconic Red Fort, near where the explosion took place, remains closed for now as the investigation proceeds.

India’s biggest security challenge isn’t its neighbors, it’s the growing division within its own borders. When citizens are treated as less Indian simply because they aren’t Hindu, the problem isn’t external, it’s internal.

A country that cannot maintain trust and equality among its own people shouldn’t pretend its threats are coming from outside. Before pointing fingers at neighbors, India needs to address why so many of its own citizens don’t feel fully accepted. That’s where the real work begins.
Why so many Muslim related terror incidents in Europe?

It failed but this Pakistani sponsored Indian terrorists were planning biological attack and 32 car bombs...obvious target was for communal disharmony in India and got Paksitan to use that opportunity to radicalize more individuals. The govt seems ready to hit Jaish hard..and that is great. Let's not directly name Pakistan and blast every known assets in Pak land...do not care if they hide in civilian areas or mosque. Any place that houses anti India terrorist should be hit. This is what was meant by op Sindoor being in pause. By not blaming Pakistan we don't need to give them a fifteen day
