Can Liverpool win the English Premier League title in 2019/20?

They had a wondrous season this year and came so close. But can they go one better and win the title next season?

Yes we can win it no doubt about whatsoever. Looking at the table Liverpool and Man City are well above the rest for the next few years. Although United, Arsenal, Spurs and Chelsea will be spending in the summer I do not see them closing the massive gap seen this season so quickly. Mauricio Pochettino may not even be Spurs manager next season according to many reports. There is no difference in quality between Liverpool and Manchester City at all. They would most likely swap the title and FA Cup for the Champions League if we win it. 9/10 times 97 points would have won the league title, we were just unlucky. Even Sir Fergie's championship winning Man Utd sides never had 97 points!
