Can PSL improve the mental aspect of the game of our players?

So far in domestics or even in PSL and National team,we have seen many of our local players who lack match awareness and go down when pressure is on.
Good example was today when Mir Hamza missed an easy second run.
I mean can psl improve that aspect of the game for the local talent .
Previously it was county cricket doing it for Pakistan.
I hope Sameen Gul.Shaheen Shah and Hussain talt will be much improved cricketers after PSL.remember the world cup QF catch.

For sure. Playing in front of cameras with lots of people watching will help a lot.
