Changes to the Champions Trophy Squad before 25th May?

Teams can make any replacements up till May 25 and after that only on Medical grounds etc.
Sami Aslam has to replace the useless Ahmed Shehzad.
I like Umar Akmal but he hasn't done enough to justify his place in the squad, maybe someone like Aamer Yamin can replace him.

What about you guys?

Im curious to why Hafeez, he was the top scorer in the Pakistan Cup, also he has been playing aggressively as we saw in the 3rd ODI and in the recent Pakistan Cup.

Sami Aslam should replace Shehzad and U Akmal needs to go.Aamer Yamin looked brilliant especially lower order

But if Umar Akmal was to put on more water weight that would deem him unfit, I would like Haris Sohail or Aamer Yameen to come in. Both deserve to be part of the team imo. Hope they are atleast considered in the future plans of the team

This tournament will be too big for any youngster, get in the TTF's so that their performance in the CT 2017 debacle will make it easier to remove them from the team (like the way it happened in CT 2013)... maybe this will even put Sarfaraz's captaincy in jeopardy like it did for Azhar after a tour to England...

Sarfraz cannot afford any mistakes in this tournament, if he does one of those incidents where he misses a runout while bashing a youngster, he's in for big trouble because the whole world will be watching

We have been doing this playing TTFs in tourneys to clear out rubbish for last 10 years. When will they cycle ever end?

Every time we get a major tourney we select dross batters, every damn time. Then we select young superstar batters for pointless bilaterals then back again to TTFs for touneys.

Its gonna change until people see them fail, its a ratio between keeping Pakistan's rankings in check to qualify for the world cup, and trying out new faces

These players are a neccessary evil that is required to keep Pakistan relevant from time to time
