Close calls

I nearly just got into an accident with a pick up truck that was going about 60 mph with no head lights on at night. I wouldve gotten t-boned had I not double checked and spotted him from the corner of my eye and braked in time. Im kinda shaken and thinking alot about what couldve happened and my family, I feel like someone was watching over me, I usually make that turn without double checking but something stopped me today. Really within one second everything couldve changed for me today, I feel blessed and thankful to almighty.
