Its one thing to say that every country has corruption, and the best you can do is contain it and not eliminate it. But a completely different thing to suggest that you hire corrupt people as long as they are competent.

It makes me sick that some that some people have such low morals.

Chinese communist party is very corrupt, Russia is practically ruled by Russian mafia both of the countries are doing fine economicly it's a choice people can make, good person or comptent person I don't know what's better but it's not unusual to find comptent corrupt people ruling successful countries
