When people kill animals to eat, what will they do with the skin? Makes sense to use the skin to make chappals and cricket balls.

Belief and faith, to each their own. However as a professional body ICC or BCCI whoever is employing these cricketers need to tell them the requirements of the job and if they don't agree then they should be asked to leave
