Main points:

-How Zardari runs Sindh like a fieldom by appointing sardars only on the basis of loyalty and terror

-There was one instance where a small feudal lord made a video of one of Zardari's allies flouting hunting laws. That feudal lord and his brother were taken, one of whom was tortured and beaten to death over 12 hours, beaten so bad not a single bone in his body survived fractures. The family then took it to the media, it spread across the nation till the killer was given personal cover and defence by Zardari and the case finished with the victim's family forced into a compromise.

-A journalist who was murdered by a PPP man. The PPP politician left the country running from law. He was later welcomed and driven around in official provincial transports from the airport to voting so he could vote against Khan in the no confidence vote. A killer.

-Zardari ensures no competition in Sindh against the party, anyone standing against him and doing well is bought off or arrested or worse assasinated. The biggest joke being his daughter being elected with noone willing or able to stand against her in the bye election.

-Numerous judges appointed in Sindh are also Zardari's personal friends. His own barrister was appointed judge with the joke being this judge then regularly particpated in trials involving PPP politicians and who played a vital role later in dismissing cases against PPP men like Memon. The documentary has numerous admissions from Zardari in interviews laughing about this saying he admires and rewards loyalty.

-Omni group scandal, it documents proof, the less said the better.

I was going to post this some days back but had no time. Everything mentioned above is in detail in the documentary with video bragging, documents and so on.

It reminded me of how GOT monarchs ran the kindgom ruthlessly. The documentary ends by wondering and casting doubt if Zardari's feeble son will be able to maintain such terror and control.

The PPP are corrupt to the core. They are the mafia that steals from the poorest and makes the Billonaires richer. The fake PPP narrative of Anti establishment was well and truly buried when AZ couldn't get to the bottom of BB murder.

It also highlights how Zardari has learnt from the army in that he will out of nowhere raise small time fedual lords to big time power positions which is due to a) as a stick and threat to existing waderas that if they step out of line he has someone ready to replace them b) he then holds power and massive leverage over such people as he is then aware of all their illegal dealings.

Which is how the army runs the country.

To add to above, it highlighted why PPP was happy to confine itself to Sindh as it is literally ruling the province as a nation and the family as dictators. The documentary also, with proof, highlighted how PPP give massive money to the tune of billions to media houses solely under them. The same loans are then written off by banks affiliated to Zardari or his inner circle.

It's a sham.

Lot of users wont remember but when i was a news junkie 2009-2012 there were supposedly lot of rumours/news of friction between Zardari and Pak Army, even Chinese news had covered it but nothing could be done .

This was probably because the Establishment includes PPP even if majorly the Army.

In all honesty this is how crony capitalism works in US too.

I'm politically neutral when it comes to Pakistani politics because I simply can't trust any of mainstream parties but this was a wonderful insight bro.

I wanted to highlight the third point because it's gunny how the biggest PPP supporter on this forum was so desperate to see IK given the death sentence last year. Doesn't matter if you don't rate him as a politician, but demanded his death made me realise how some of his supporters are a reflection of the party. The thread he brought up should have resulted in a perma ban but he continues to promote his toxic agendas and type up his hate filled posts.

All true but the Army isn't really an Army, its more of Qabza group thats fighting its own people for power, money and privilege

We know IK isnt perfect and has made many mistakes - Bajwa extension being the worst. But @Major can his explain his blind spot for the PPP mafia. The PPP intellectual heavy weights like AA are more aligned with the PTI. Would BB for all her faults and corruption have stood for this martial law and the Junta destroying PK constitution her dad helped to create.

Lol what bullocks.

Alot of the karachi posters here that post crap about PPP are mostly MQM supporters. MQM ruled Karachi, now that it failed, you want to pin it on PPP. If Zardari ensure there is no competition than how did MQM compete in Karachi?

The only truth that is that Zardari is now part of the establishment and that is political success. Being the establishment means having control on how the Senate and Parliament will be run. Anyone can start a party but only a few know how to run the senate and parliament.

As long as Zardari runs the two houses, the country is well protected.

lol we know IK isnt perfect. You are an old tape recorded.

PTI is a dead party. It existed due to the establishment, now its over.

I’m from Sindh, grew up knee deep in PPP politics, family, friends, you name it. Every rumor about Zardari is true, and the stuff you haven’t heard is probably worse.

PPP ruined the country before, and now they joined hands with another party that has been running the show and looting the country for decades now, only for their own benefit...

But a 10000000% better than the morally bankrupt and evil PPP that exists today to fleece its poorest. If the PTI is dead then give the PK media a ring and tell them because every tv program revolves them. On the other hand, besides sitting in the lap of the Generals, whatever happened to Billo?🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Imran Khan and PTI are also not the way forward and neither are these tried and tested useless failures that we keep bringing back (PPP and PMLN).

Unless you give us an alternative that is better than the PTI, it is the only way forward. Our problem is that our Generals have created a system to loot PK and their allies( the monkeys) are happy to take their share, 2 trillion as claimed by the organ grinders.
The forum is yours

I’m afraid I don’t have an answer. Imran is old, in jail and may die in a cell. Who will replace him? Is there continuity and are there good people left in PTI (I don’t know).

The other issue is the people of Pakistan who have accepted their lot in life.

He may be all those but his imprint on PK will leave a legacy that will out last anyone of us. His illegal imprisonment makes him even more loved. In our history our politicians have got others to sacrifice, well IK has turned this on its head. He is the type of leader countries need for development and even in his short tenure, we had the seeds of state being redefined to serve its people, not a people to serve its mafia.

As a child you lived in India working for Zardari but now you are struggling to fuel your 100c bike with him in power.

Do you still believe Zardari has been crime free and is an honest politician.?

To add my family through has personal one to one experience with Zardari. My uncle and his best friend some years back were looking to expand and trade things like rice. They met Zardari, who smiled was polite and then bluntly demanded kickbacks and called it the "reality of business in Pakistan".

A.lot of my family back home were well connected. I have a lot of stories which show only power rules Pakistan.
.

Its also why this Sindudesh nonsense PPP pulls is nonsense. Without the federation Sindh would be the poorest nation in Asia. Its kept impoverished beyond belief.

PPP does it as a threat but they know it means nothing

I know Hindus from Sindh who are also Waderas at the same level as Zardari and Bhutto families, every story of corruption and exploitation about these families is true.

And then we have this from an American historian...

Corruption of Bhutto Dynasty and Auranzeb Alamgir

Dear Brother @emranabbas,

Disclaimer: I am not judging someone's Islam but simply bringing to your attention what has been written long before Imran Khan about the nature, the past and machinations of the Bhutto dynasty.

I believe that you have asked a question in another thread, let me respond to you here and this has nothing do with Imran Khan.

Renowned American Historian Stanley Albert Wolpert has written a book called Zulfi Bhutto of Pakistan: His Life and Times and you can read it online here, in Chapter 1 on page 8 he writes

Sindh means “river,” named for its Indus lifeline. The Bhuttos migrated to Sindh in search of water, leaving their parched Rajputana desert homes farther east, in what is now India’s Rajasthan, near the dawn of the eighteenth century. Zulfi’s paternal ancestors had before his clan’s long trek been Hindu Rajputs, but during the seventeenth century Central Asia’s great Mughals conquered virtually all of India, and many Rajput warriors, like Zulfi’s progenitor, Sheto, converted to Islam, reaping a harvest of tax exemptions and other benefits from the devout Mughal Padishah (Emperor) Aurangzeb (r. 1658-1707) and his Muslim amirs, and claiming for himself, as clan leader, the regal title of khan.

Working for zardari? Than again you are part of the anti vaccination group, so jahiliyat runs deep with you

I’ve didn’t need vaccination. But Zardari could do with being vaccinated against mad man disease.

So you never lived in India ? Lol

Fine , now explain why you think a thief would be great for Pakistan with political power?

if you dont know how the government civil service works, than you should no be commentating on Pakistan as you clearly have no idea about its system.

a short answer for your last question, the last thief is in jail for his lack of political insight, the current president has been involved in helping with Pakistans foreign policy as you can see with USA and India

You've not answered any question.

So you lived with family who were working under Zardari. No wonder you love him like a wife.

I asked why you think a thief like Zardari is great for Pakistan, which you claimed in this thread but now have no argument to back up your idiotic view.

In Sindh, many families who had cultivated and maintained their farms for generations have, upon attempting to sell them, discovered that ownership had somehow shifted, often with the quiet endorsement of an influential family. I personally know a few families who have endured tremendous hardship because of this.

Therein lies our problem. Our economy should by at least 3 times bigger than it is because of AZ, NS. Who is stupid enough to invest in a country where at any time, you could end up in jail on fake charges.

Compared to this even the Sharifs look OK. Sindh should be PKs agricultural gold mine, instead this shaitan destroyed any law order with the full connivance of the Generals.

You keep saying thief but the courts are yours, why cant you actually hear his appeals? What are you scared? Either the Prosecuter has lost his file, or the judge has Diarrhoea and needs to go to Italy. Every time I ask you, you run off

Apparently you and @Mamoon keep telling us you know how PK works but when have you ever been right? Would you like me to list your lies?

None of my family has worked under zardari. Like i said, you need to educate yourself about civi bureaucracy. But than again, someone who who anti vaccine, knowledge wont be his strong part.

Not to be a brag but certain members of my family (now all abroad) were extremely wealthy and well connected with politicians and army (one visited Sheikh Rasheed's house many times), the fact even they moved abroad should tell us about the state of our country. For example I won't name anyone but we have a laywer in our family who is extremely high up in Pakistan and rubbed shoulders with numerous Chief Justices directly, as recent as Nisar and by talking to him we could judge the mood in the judiciary when it came to PMLN (he was very pro PMLN till about Panama). Despite such connections the amount of times we have been at the end of such nonsense as I am about to say has been endless. It was through my uncle's friend's contact. They went to meet someone for information and just informal negotiations and that person informed them when they sat down to not go yet as Zardari is coming for something else and since he's here if they want to get anywhere they should meet him. Zardari was polite, offered them food and drink but very blunt and said certain profits would have to be paid up and it was not negotiable as this is 'the reality of business in Pakistan, warna kaam nahi chalega'. How MQM did bhattas, just that but in a more 'civil' manner.

Almost all my family close or distant has since left Pakistan, even wealth means nothing unless you're part of a corrupt circle.

AZ is pure scum but he is allowed to be pure scum by our Generals that are even bigger scum. For me the worst part is seeing Billo come under his wing. After an Oxford education you would think the guy would be desperate to leave a positive mark on history but instead he has turned out to be an even bigger scum. The Khusra is an absolute disgrace

Which one? The ones taking the golden Visa to Portugal according Khwaja Asif. Is this the same bureaucracy that becomes the just licks boots and steals from a poor country. Please enlighten us.

@Major
I cant reconcile you looking for a halal job and at the same time supporting AZ and his thugs. I sincerely hope you get a job that allows you to feed your family. Anyone that earns a halal living has my admiration and I will pray for you and your job search.

Which makes your defense of AZ and the PPP mafia even more difficult to understand. You cant hide behind they are misunderstood or its just conspiracy. No way can anyone that works hard for living and sweats blood ever have anything in common with these criminals.
