No Justice in Pakistan: Judge's son kills 2 and gets a Pardon in 4 Days

Agreed, that’s the only thing we can do. Unfortunately, it wouldn’t be enough as majority of the population has accepted being slaves to people in power.

Your best bet is to leave the country if you can and go to greener pastures.
Every population goes through the same evolution of thinking..

Ducky is no Angel. He did mistakes. But he was not punished for his mistakes. That was no justice. But rather punished for some more personal issues and to make ducky a 'mark' aka 'ibrat ka nishaan' so to speak.
Can you include more details please? what does that mean really? The IO had personal issues with him?

I don't know the exact details but often in cases like these in Pakistan when somebody gets pissed extremely. They decide to 'punish' thinking they are doing justice and present a case to public.

Ducky in his video shares one of many incidents where he was slapped and physically humiliated multiple times by officers inside their room.

This is no 'justice' or a way a financial scam case or any case is treated.

In civilized nations all cases follow a standard procedure and due diligence. But unfortunately not here often.

Ahh I get it. For a moment I thought you had some more insight into a personal grudge with specific details but your remarks were regarding general behavior of powerful figures in authority in Pakistan who develop God or morality complex.

And I agree with your assessment. There is indeed no justice and they all behave the way they fancy, there are no regulations or laws that are followed.

Yea. Sanity is rarely found here.

On one hand you had laws in constitution making gambling unlawful. Which was not enforceable for a long time the way it should've been and everybody that got a chance washed their hands in the gold water. Including many institutions.

Then suddenly the law was enforced. We saw such surrogate companies getting banned as sponsors for PSL teams followed by a crackdown on certain individuals. In fact many influencers online promoted such ads and apps. Though Ducky for any or various reasons was taken to cleaners and dealt with in a more non-judicial manner under the umbrella of cyber or financial crime case – which it was required also but of course not in the manner in which it happened.

On the other hand you have emotional masses ignited over the apparent 'moral' and 'value' degradation shown by some vloggers. Prompting them to now advocate for harsher punishments for this degradation (not much for the financial crime), including death penalty.

We have such duplicitous natures. We dont mind lying, stealing, etc but as soon as we see someone else make money and flourish we want to poke holes in them and bring them down.

These content creators are suddenly the center of attention and it seems some people are jealous of the money they are making or the popularity they are gaining but they fail to understand that you, yourself -- the netizens of Pakistan, have made these people the success by watching their stuff. If you dont like their content for whatever reason spreading immorality, criminality, sin, unethical and unIslamic things, then STOP watching them. I highly doubt there are non Pakistanis watching this crap and making these content creators millionaires.

It also what stops any industry from growing in Pakistan.

Yesterday it was textile, today it is content creation. Tomorrow it will be something else. At the end of the day it hurts the collective society.

In our neighbors countries you have vloggers like in Pakistan but with 10X viewership and money. They seem to be doing fine and growing in all aspects and niches of content creation.

Arts and entertainment have existed for a long time and will continue to do so hopefully, (unless AI takes over the world someday), it is by choice that people partake in being an audience for certain acts. No one is compelling anyone to watch anything or make anyone specific their hero.
