I noticed one thing Sarfaraz Ahmed said before this match:

"We are Rank 8 we cannot go lower".

This to me means that realization has not come yet. Yes you can go lower Sarfaraz bhai, and if you play like this, you will. In 5 years time, unless something changes, Afghanistan will be better, because their best players will have the experience of playing in IPL, and the other leagues will also start taking them. They are more hungry and have more desire and they play without fear.

I am just shocked to see how Pakistan's batsmen played. In a big match against the rivals, they didn't even try, not even the slightest effort to put our bowlers under pressure. Hasan Ali's fielding was so bad (and I noticed it before he dropped Yuvi) that if he hadn't bowled so well I would have thought he was fixing. Nobody tried. Nobody at all, except maybe Shadab can hold their head up.

Nobody except him had any desperation at all. Your talent reserves are not that big, that you guys can have stupid strategies and still win, like India still can for a few years.

No problem for Pakistan in Test Cricket, but this is just not how limited overs works, and until older people who don't get it keep making the decisions this will be the result.

We had a plan after the rain break in our innings, settle in and then take off in the 42nd over.

PCB don't care man. They just want there money man. The hungry for that dough. But your right the current state of the Pakistan limited overs team does not look good. Inzi and Mickey will need to have a long and serious chat with the management to see where will they go from there. Because their's a splendid chance Pakistan won't make it to 2019 World Cup, which will be highly embrassing to the team and country which could see a decline in the sport in Pakistan. Sad and difficult times lie ahead for Pakistan Cricket
