Do you have any experience with noisy neighbors?

Ever had a problem with noisy neighbours? My new neighbours seem to be so noisy, they are an Arab family with about ten kids always running around next door. Despite having asked them to stop it's not really made much of a difference.

I feel you. I used to be neighbors with a family that partied every weekend. You could literally feel the ground shaking because of their music.
