Does anyone know how to cancel Willow TV Subscription?

Don't know where to put this thread so if it's not in the right place you can take it down mods.

But I'm just wondering if anyone knows how to cancel a Willow TV subscription there website is so bad unlike Netflix or other such subscriptions like Spotify there is nowhere to just click and cancel. Anyone know how to cancel it?

Lol yeah I tried it out and it's a terrible website, I pay for WWE subscription and NFL subscription and they are so worth it like you can not only watch whatever you want live you have access to so many other things. I was hoping I'd have access to some old matches and highlights you know but all they got is current matches and for some reason Pak vs Zim highlights from 2017.

If you subscribed using phone, then you have to unsubscribe using the phone. For IPhone, you have to go to subscriptions under settings and cancel from there.

I subscribed on my laptop, and there's no place to unsubscribe.

Had a really hard time making it work. It is not straightforward.

They should have a straight link for the live cricket. They have a very complex system currently.

Well it's $8 here in Canada, however the money is not an issue just the service is total crap. I pay $20 per month for my DAZN subscription to watch NFL and Soccer and it is so worth I don't mind paying the extra price because the quality of the site and it's convenience make it worth it.

Willow is so crap I wouldn't use it even if it was a dollar a month.

Good news is they replied and asked why I was cancelling and wrote a couple paragraphs explaining my displeasure with their site hopefully they improve their service it's just atrocious for a broadcaster such as willow.

Willow from my experience in the US has been wonderful. I've been subscribed to them for two years and for less than $4 a month, it has been worth every penny.

For unsubscription, a simple email to them does the job.

They have a highly complex system. It is not straightforward. That's the issue.

People want to watch cricket just by pressing a link. That's not the case there.

I canceled it by calling on their number. 800-837-4966 ( USA). Sometimes they won’t respond to emails. Willow is such a waste of money. Am surprised many people still like it. I hate them when they ask us to use their promo codes to watch games in other platforms like Hotstar. My Samsung TV doesn’t even support Hotstar app.
