Does Shane Warne's criticism of the Australian pace attack apply to the Pakistani pacers as well?

If you look at Warne's comments in this video, he is refusing to bask in the glory that the entire globe regards Australia's pace attack as one of the best in the world and he wants to look at the bowling statistics in more detail and he decided to primarily focus on the bowling averages of the main Australian bowlers against the top 6-7 batsmen of their opponents in 2018 and to his horror Starc has an average of 47, Hazelwood has an average of 40, Lyon has an average of 34 and Pat Cummins has an average of 23 and in his assessment that was just not good enough.

The reason why he felt that was not good enough is because the Australian bowlers when bowling first were allowing the opposition to post big first innings scores and even if bowling second were conceeding a lot of runs and this in turn put an already fragile Australian batting line up under even more pressure. He is off the opinion that the selectors and team management need to put the likes of Starc and Hazelwood on notice that those bowling averages were not good enough and unless they rediscovered form, someone else should get a chance and Warne has already advocated that Pat Cummins take the new ball ahead of Starc from here onwards.

We all keep raving on and on about the Pakistani bowling attack being very good and that it is mostly the batting which keeps letting the team down but i would like a similar statistical study done on our bowlers i.e. what are their averages like when bowling to the top 6-7 batsmen of their opponents to date. Pakistan has always historically been a weak batting side but it is the bowlers who helped to ease the pressure on the batsmen in the past but the reality is that Pakistan do not have those class of bowlers either now. But we keep playing Amir and don't bother to change things, don't bother to give other bowlers a consistent go, don't punish bowlers for wasting the new ball, don't punish bowlers for deliberately bowling at 127-130 km/hr when they have the capacity to bowl at 140 km/hr plus.

In Warne's words, some of the Pakistani bowlers need to be put on notice as well.

Please don't bring the batting into this, we know it needs to get a lot better as well

Abbas is not fully fit.Hassan and Shaheen are still developing as test bowlers Hassan gets a lot of flak but his average is still only 26 not bad for a guy who has played 8 games. Amir is finished and need to be binned
