Pretty clear rules - every player you pick needs to have more tests than the player you picked previously. If you are unable to pick a player that fulfills this criteria, you will be forced to pick players who only played FC cricket (you can also select a player with no tests for your first pick).
Some other details:
- No Bradman
- For current players, Tests played at the time when selected, tests in progress not counting
- 8 hour pick time limit - the mods are typically happy to accommodate pick requests sent to the Match Referee's Room
