England defeat Pakistan by 7 wickets in the one-off T20I

Honestly, I fail to see the hype around Hasnain . . With all due respect to people who think he's the next big thing or has serious pace! I haevn't seen it . .

He has bowled ONE ball over 150 . .

His average is 87 (as shown today)

He isn't any quicker than Hasan or Shaheen to be honest . . He isn't bowling 92 93 on average . . unless he is averaging over 90 and is bowling serious pace, I don't see how he can be in the world cup squad.

our captain's bowling changes are awful; not allowing anyone to get into rhythm.
 
This England is was struggling to win over Ireland and this match they rested 5 players and playing well against us.

Honestly, I agree never understood the hype he hasn’t had one outstanding spell even Haris Rauf would of been better he is quicker on average and has had a couple good performances. But tbh Hasnain is just not ready yet in my opinion would of waited two years or so to select him.

You do understand difference between last 6 balls faced by ALRONDER VS A PROPER BAT facing first6, right?

Wahab is 10 times better and quicker than Hasnain.
Amir over junaid any day.
We need to fix these before world cup.
 
We have number of decent spinners at our disposal in domestics but just cant look past Yasir Shah and now no spinner available

England are being over confident here.

RRR is over 9.3. One good over from Pakistan and they will be behind. England you aren't playing Bangladesh here, the Pak bowlers know how to finish off a T20 game.

Babar and Fakhar were proper bats.

Babar played 18 off 18 in Power Play.

Now you will argue Babar was building his innings because that is the next excuse for most people.
 
Do not agree with Hasnain's selection yet another PSL inspired selection by chachu
 
If we had Yasir “the destroyer” Shah here it would of been a different story boys. England would of been all out by now
 
Always a pleasure to watch Vince in flow. Unfortunately he hasn’t done justice to his talent yet.
 
He wasn't even anything special in PSL.
Harris Rauf was the guy we needed and he is 10x better than Husnain right now

Yes but Kohli is the best batsman in the world and fires more often then not so India will not blame him for failing to reach a target since batsmen are allowed off days.

On the other hand, Imam’s numbers against non minnow opposition are poor and even a casual fan knows that he is not suited to the T20 game.

You’re right with your comment on imam garnering extra hate from fans due to his nepotistic selection but these fans will certainly quite down if he starts earning his place in the side instead of being given free runs to formats he is unsuited to.
 
There is no need of overrating Haris Rauf too much. He comes across as arrogant and entitled, and there is every chance he might be Wahab 2.0.

Not true! It has been more hype than anything. Today they showed his average speed . . it's 87!
He has bowled one ball that was 150+ . . and only very few balls in his spell are touching 90 . . I haven't seen proof otherwise

that is a fair point but if we were going to try someone shouldn't we have tried rauf who actually swung the ball at pace?

This is 200 runs wicket no doubt. Pakistan messed up with the batting as usual. If they win from here it will be some achievement.
 
As long as Hasnain keeps economy around 8, I am fine with it. Early days for him in intl cricket.

To be honest, I was surprised to see Hasnain getting picked over Rauf. I really don’t know why. He took more wickets and made a bigger impression.
 
Okay I told you boys it’s time to wake up from this fantasy dream and see the truth, Hasnain ain’t ready for T20I’s forget ODI’s. We need to send Hasnain back and keep Amir for the WC.

We are strickly discussing Bhatija. Lets not even compare him with Babar who is way above his class.

Eh, wasn't that quite clearly bat on ground? The spike coincided with the puff of dust, not the ball going past the edge.

He is not part of England’s first choice T20 team anymore. He is only playing because Roy, Bairstow, Hales, Stokes and Buttler are unavailable.
