At the end of the day, Kohli scored more runs, so what is there to laugh about if someone says Kohli was better than AB that series? You can argue that AB might've had more impact but still.

India has a deficit of just below 100 with 2 wickets left in England, that is far from being a joke. A joke would be like getting dismissed for 174 and 134 like a certain team did just 2 months ago.
