Tbh I don't think so, it would be a temporary push but not something that could save his captaincy alone for long.

Lol what? This should be his last series. This is the writing on the wall since he was made captain.

Nope. We don't want any revival. Shan Masood should be done and dusted before the start of the new WTC cycle.

The WI tail wagged another empirical evidence of Shan as captain

Yasir is right.

Why would anyone remove a winning captain?

A winning captain who only wins at home on dust bowl?
Captain doesn't have any say when your two bowlers are taking almost all wickets... Credit where it's due Sajid, Noman and Pitch...

No bro he actually came close to victory in Australia and South Africa too with the help of pacers but he was just unlucky.

South Africa bowling consultant Yasir Arafat during media talk at LCCA Ground:

"This series is a good opportunity for me to work with the South African team. I was coaching in England, but they believed I could add value to their team, considering the conditions and team composition, especially with the upcoming Champions Trophy. Since those matches will also be played in similar conditions, they entrusted me with this role. I will do my best to contribute as much as possible and provide them with valuable insights."

"Many of their key players are missing due to an ongoing T20 tournament, and some are out due to injuries. However, this presents a great opportunity for youngsters. A few more young players will be joining the squad in the next match."

"For any team, whether it's Pakistan or South Africa, such moments provide a platform for young players to establish themselves. It's a big stage, and performing here can secure their place in the team."

"As for my time with Pakistan, I had a brief stint when we toured New Zealand. After that, I returned to England and continued coaching. I didn’t get another opportunity to work with Pakistan after that."

"If you look at other teams like Australia, they also have some injuries and retirements ahead of the Champions Trophy. Such situations are part and parcel of the game. Sometimes, you have the luxury of a full squad, and other times, you have to make do with the available resources."

"I have only been with the South African team for about two hours, but I have played with many of their players before. I was part of the Durban franchise in the T20 league and have played in the Big Bash and County Cricket, so I have experience with different environments."

"One noticeable difference I have always observed, whether as a player or coach, is the relaxed dressing room atmosphere in teams like South Africa. Players get full opportunities to showcase their talent without external pressures or distractions."
