There are a lot of false reports going around. She did not die because of his protocol, her doctor has apparently spoken to the media. She was severely ill, and she was coming for a regular checkup. She died at the hospital.

Lets see the full report. It is more likely that he visited a hospital and the poor girl who was ill, died later. So "logic" has it that he is responsible.

This is what is turning out to be, but my frustration with him was regarding him firing the DPO and also he was travelling in 15 car protocol when PM himself is taking 5-6 cars. The other day he used government jet to go back from Islamabad to Lahore.

I think the PTI has to be on guard against GEO et al all the time. Geo was used to receiving billions from the Nooras and are finding it difficult to adjust.

Lets see the DPO inquiry report because again there are conflicting reports on that too. In the bigger scheme of things these are small but i agree that he needs to adjust quickly.

Why can’t he use government’s jet? He’s the CM of a large province and might have to reach a place quickly to attend a meeting.

MIAN CHANNU – A two-year-old girl, who was earlier believed to have died because she was not admitted to the emergency at a hospital in Khanewal district, is very much alive and receiving treatment at the very hospital.

Several media outlets reported on Tuesday that the chief protocol officer of Punjab Chief Minister Usman Buzdar ordered closure of Mian Channu’s Tehsil Headquarters Hospital during the chief executive’s visit to the medical facility.

The officer “did not allow entry of the girl by locking the door despite repeated requests from the family which resulted in Komal’s death”, according to media reports.

However, a video of the CM’s visit shows the baby being treated for Thalassemia inside the hospital and her mother sitting beside her.

The CM also inquired after the patient’s health as shown in the video being circulated on social media.

CM Buzdar was on a visit to Mian Channu to inspect the working of Tehsil Headquarters Hospital and to offer condolences to the family of a close friend.

There is more fake news now then there was during the election. I think the PTI media cell needs to Give the Nooras a taste of their own medicine

It is very clear that there is a massive campaign being run against Usman Buzdar and Punjab Government. This wasn't unexpected as the Noonies have lost their takht-e-Lahore, and are now going to try and destroy the credibility of the PTI government so that they can make a comeback in 2023.

Any news against Usman Buzdar or Punjab government should be treated with a lot of caution.

Me and my brother were discussing yesterday how Buzdar is being targeted everyday and there will be something in the news shortly, within hour we heard a child had lost life due to CM Buzdar and knew this is their attack of the day (obviously it was exposed later but didn't stop likes of express Tribune and Dawn still continuing with propaganda).

I never liked Buzdar as CM but doesn't mean we should link him to wrong murder cases, death of child etc. Even his protocol in Pakpatton turned out to be exaggerated propaganda as he had 4-5 cars plus lot of local MPAs who he was going to meet, he also didn't order closure of shops.

You can see Jang group employees using these incidents everyday to declare PTI government as a complete failure.

I think PTI hasn't helped itself by appointing someone like Fayaz Chohan as Punjab information minister, needed someone more mature and clever person.

Media has lost/will potentially lose billions due to PTI government's plan to reduce funding so they will be extra critical due to that reason so PTI needs to come up with a good plan otherwise media will be ruthless.

Sharif loyalists are everywhere and they are not happy at all so dodgy policemen, bureaucrats, gov employees, media houses will play plenty of dirty games to malign the government.
