Avesh Khan is pretty quick as well! Don't know which team he's in though.

Who gives a damn for speed?
I'd anyday pick a 120 kmph wicket taker like Siddharth Kaul over some of these 150 kmph champions who get hit all over the park.
Accuracy and swing are more important than speed IMHO.

Kaul is 135 to 140. But not to impressed by him.
India producing trundlers only nothing shocking here. Umesh is fastest of all. He bowls at 140-145ks and occasionally 147ks.

In the domestic setup, there are at least ten guys besides the national team bowlers who are genuinely quick. The only problem is that they're not even getting a game in the IPL
This obsession with trundlers like Vinay Kumar, Unadkat, Dhawal Kulkarni, etc. is ridiculous!
Good heat from Mavi. Unfortunately he is playing under a pathetic captain .
The captain is trying to save his and other discards retirement home.
Kulwant Khejroliya
Shivam Mavi
Both prove they are capable of 140plus speeds.
Nagarkoti was 149 at the U19 WC.
Lets wait for
Basil Thampi
Khaleel Ahmed
KM Asif
To get their chances
Khaleel is the most exciting of the lot. Unfortunately Nagarkoti is out of IPL.
WHAt happened to Nagarkoti? Is he injured?
WHAt happened to Nagarkoti? Is he injured?
Yes foot injury.
Mavi looked international quality in U19 WC. Can't understand why selectors prefer TTFs like Thakur over these talented kids.
Thakur actually hit 140 in the last CSK game. I guess it's more fashionable in T20's to bowl slower balls. I've been lamenting about this forever; T20 doesn't reward true fast bowling.
We might not get to see khaleel Ahmed this season because of SRHs bowling depth.

That has been the problem with Siraj too, ended up bowling 4-5 slower balls in an over .
Nah Siraj is just crap. He has nothing going for him, not even a solid bowling action for that matter. I'm shocked he got such a price in the auction.
Basil Thampi and khaleel Ahmed may not get a chance in playing 11 of SRH with Bhuvi and S Kaul....and decent third option Sandeep Sharma ..bit unlucky
Even KM Asif with CSK very little chance
Siraj is a test bowler. Hit the deck good outswinger etc.
Sidharth Kaul
147.72
Stokes is turning on some heat
147.94 , 148.43
Let's see if given a chance at what pace Mavi , Khaleel & Nagorkoti operate. Two of them can touch 150 kph if fully fit.
Mavi average was 140kph which isnt express but he hit 145kph just ONCE is enough to get excited about especially if you're an india fan. He does look a top prospect i must admit but thats all he is right now. His career could go either way. Adding extra clicks of pace isnt guaranteed if your young like many think.
I wanted to see nagarkoti than Mavi. But Mavi's speed is better than I thought.Mavi again clocks 90mph.
Saheen Afridi bowling on same speed, isn't he excited Pakistani fans ?![]()
Mavi looked exciting. cricketjoshila
NagarKoti is better.
Hopefully Khaleel, Asif and Thampi get a chance.
is he fit now? what injury did he have?
Lol Shaheen height, swing, reverse swing, starc like run up and easy action excites us not pace. We have always had pace ☺
Talent is not measured by stats and scorecards at under 19 level. The one who owned india under 19 (Anwar Ali) is no where near pak team. The ones he owned like rohit are full seasoned internationals. Shaheen will most likely surpass mavi and nagarkoti with due respect to them☺I haven't seen him bowling so I don't know much about him but he mentioned on PP. He got hammered in U19 by India. May be a bad day.
Shaheen Shah Afridi

Shaheen reminds me more of Mohammed Irfan than a Starc. His run up is like Irfan.
I think irfan looks awkward running in and Shaheen very smooth. MMHS would know better
When and where? Tell me names of 5 bowlers who are bowling consistently 90mph +
Rashid khan beating Indian trundlers for pace, like what????
Big Billy Stanlake all the way
No Starc, No Rabada, No Nagarkoti to challenge him.
Only Yadav can match Stanlake's pace. But Yadav has cut down on pace in shorter formats. He only occasionally steps on the gas pedal. Most of the times operates around 140k's.
That bowler from Rajasthan; Khaleel Mohammad i guess; want to see him bowl, used to bowl 145+ in Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy. I think he plays for Hyderabad
Some teams are stacked with talented bowlers while others are full of useless trundlers.
Khaleel Ahmed is getting wasted in SRH. A team like RR can use him.
Of all the teams, I believe only SRH, MI and KKR have competent bowling attacks. The rest are either average or mediocre like RR.
NaH. Except RR rest all have goof bowling attacks.
the one who played u19 wc was praised.Should have played few matches but i think he will get his chance as it is many matches to go.
Who?
Nagarkoti is injured. Mavi has already played 3 matches.
His bowling action is like R.Singh.Who?

DD.
Clocked 148ks.
Where is million dollar Udunanak?
Nah Siraj is just crap. He has nothing going for him, not even a solid bowling action for that matter. I'm shocked he got such a price in the auction.
"Mere walid saab (Father) ne bahot mehnat ki hain (My father has slogged). He drove auto all these years but never let financial pressure of the family affect me or my elder brother. A bowling spikes costs a lot and he would just get the best for me. I want to buy a house for them now in a good locality," an emotional Siraz said.
"My parents have seen hard days. Today my elder brother is a software engineer in a reputed IT firm. I didn't have interest in studies and my mother would bash me up giving my elder brother's example. But today she's on top of the world," said Siraz.
Crap or not, it is still a nice human story. In his words:
