London: Rumour has it in the England’s capital that Punjab’s Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif has married a province’s police officer’s wife after cajoling her into divorcing her husband, TopStory reported.

The lady has already got three children.

Interior Minister Rehman Malik also hinted at the episode in his recent press conference in London on Wednesday.

Sources told the website that the ‘couple’ had recently been introduced and Shahbaz took her with him to China tour as well. It did not take a long time that Sharif proposed her.

Afterwards, the story goes, Shahbaz urged her to divorce her husband. A trauma inflicted on the hapless police officer when the lady showed her desire as he was not expecting that the province’s chief minister would ruin her home.

It is quite interesting to note, in an Islamic state, it is consider quite normal and ethical for the political leaderships to have affairs, sex with the women/girls while being married and hold any post of office and people do not demand resignation, while in the Western culture where sex or affairs are not an issue but when it comes to the political leadership, people have no mercy rule and once the details comes out in public , person has to leave the office and his post.

The suggested behavior of shabbaz sheriff is not allowed neither a husband or wife should be encouraged to give the divorce to one another nor can you islamically propose to someone who has been divorced for the three month period of iddat, as well as the added restriction on the guy that he can not remarry a woman who he has given the final divorce till she has married and been divorced by someone else.

Who is saying that divorce is encouraged in Islam, its not haram. Maybe he proposed to her after the iddat period, its not clear from the news and who is talking about re-marrying. He has married a woman he never married before.

Injustice has been done with the children if she got separated without any valid reason but only for more material facilities...

Those kids will grow up as part of the Shareef family, one of the richest and politically influential families in Pakistan. They are lucky. They probably won't ever have to get a job or even any education. Their mom did what she had to do and now they are made for life !
