Sialkot is located in the north-east of the Punjab of Pakistan and is well known place for Major Sports goods Manufacturer in Pakistan as well as in foreign countries but in recent few years they are now also producing some promising young talent Some of the names

Amad Butt
Hasan Ali
Bilawal Bhatti
Usama Mir
Mukhtar Ahmad
Saif badar
Nouman anwar

The question is how are they producing such a talent without a proper infrastructure and limited facilities??.i think PCB should focus on this city and give them proper facilities? What are your thoughts on this?

LAhore has produced ATGS in past and even in recent times Moyo, Umar Akmal and Wahab have been very decent.

I agree though in very recent times, both Lahore and KArachi havent produced any special talent.

yeah exactly which is very surprising and worrying sign for us

People there are generally knowledgeable about sports in particular cricket. They have good facilities and strong club cricket so it's no surprise they've been producing quality players.

Considering Sialkot region :

1. Aqib Javed

2. Rana Naveed ul Hassan

3. Mohammad Asif

4. Muhammad Ayub Dogar

5. Imran Nazir

6. Nauman Anwar

7. Amad Butt

8. Shoaib Malik

9. Usama Mir

10. Abdul Rehman

11. Ali Khan

12. Haris Sohail

13. Saif Badar

14. Hasan Ali

15. Abdullah Shafiq (remember the name) GoUgandaCranes

Abdullah Shafiq in his last U-19 one day game was involved in a 212 runs partnership with Saif Badar who was number 3 while Abdullah was the opener. Abdullah made 181 (highest of the tournament) while Saif scored 94. Abdullah Shafiq not getting picked for Pakistan under 19 worldcup squad was baffling for me and from nowhere Gauhar Hafeez was made opener aswell as captain of the team whereas Abdullah Shafiq should have opened with Zeeshan Malik.

That's what Malik also mentioned. SCCA's president puts lots of emphasis on club cricket in which he is supported by seniors like Shoaib Malik.

Good going there. The PCB can learn a thing or two from them.

Yes, all of the players mentioned in the OP are legends of Pakistan cricket and soon to-be ICC Hall of Famers.

Better than what Peshawar has produced :yk

Yes, like Bhatti, Mukhtar and Nouman? :yk

If we talk about recent players, Haris is the only player Sialkot can brag. Amad, Hasan, Badar and Usama are untested.

On the other hand, Peshawar has produced Rizwan who is the best new WK batsman prospect, so it is fairly equal.

i think hasan and abbas have done well and they have produced better cricketer than peshawar

Hasan Ali isn't even from Sialkot. Might have played a few T20's for Sialkot Stallions though.

He’s from from Gujranwala which falls into Sialkot region.

Some of the players named above aren’t from Sialkot city but from the Sialkot region, which includes Gujranwala, Hafizabad, Narowal, Gujrat, Mandi Bahauddin and Sheikhupura

Most of these players are from Gujranwala and surrounding areas, nothing to do with Sialkot .

imran tahir is pakistani by origin but plays cricket for south africa so what we called him pakistani cricketer?

same with these players they where given chance by sailkot region

I do remember Rashid Latif recently saying that majority of the good talent in Pakistan is coming from the Sialkot region.
