Could be tough days ahead but is the judgement been fair?

There is still a lot that need to be done but this is a step in right direction toward a better Pakistan where elite class will face law and will fear it.

i hope this is just the start of the cleansing process.

No it's just the beginning. Whole political system needs to be cleaned and military officials should be held accountable too.

This is practically the first step toward attaining a transparent government which works in the interest of it's citizens rather than a few families which might have power and influence. Until and unless these murderers are hanged (all of them) justice will not have been served - at least not for me.

Ask the mothers who lost their sons in that building which was burnt on the order of Nawaz Sharif and to protect his highness Badsha Salamat. His entire family from top to bottom should be tracked down and given the capital punishment.

This is just scratching the surface (albeit a milestone decision), need to go after the other crooks as well. This definitely gives Judiciary more respect in the peoples' eyes. Also, lets other branches of government know that you can be kicked out and you're not invincible once elected into office.

Really hoping that that JIT also goes after PPP as well, about time they also can a taste of what the Sharif's are getting.

Soon they will run out of politicians, IK should not be that happy, he is next in line...Orange is new Black, 184-3 is new 58-2B ;-)

Who will go after the 800 lb gorilla, that's my question?

Nawaz and Co are talking about Sazish against them, but after 100s of press conferences and Jilssas, not to mention 1000s of tweets, they have yet to name who is behind all this, Now that is called power :14:

It has... somewhat. We've seen this numerous times before but it did the country no good as nothing changed. People will forget this in about 1 year and nothing will change. Supreme court should dissolve parliment nextand order new elections right away.

They think it is 'deep state sazish' :))

Just read some of the posts on this thread. With Pakistanis like these who needs enemies?

Pakistanis who have different views to you are not enemies.

Errr..... I voted no.....

Have you read all the posts bro ?? :danish

This is just the beginning hopefully. Justice hasn't been COMPLETELY served yet, all the money needs to come back and they need to face trial and jail time for their wrongdoings.

Yaar ap tou dosri extreme pe chalay gaye... If given capital punishment he will remain zinda for the next forty years like Bhutto.

I don't think so😉 Because if IK will become the PM he will clean the corruption.

A historic day in Pakistani history when it comes to accountability

Nope! I believe that it was a soft verdict against the Sharifs. I know that NAB trail courts will do them for money laundering but SC should have punished Nawaz and Mariyum for perjury.
