The way Nawaz Sharif has been represented nowadays you would think that he has become leader of anti-establishment forces. Is it true? It would be so ironic as Nawaz Sharif was created by establishment forces and he was their favourite son and now he has become their biggest enemy.

As Allama Iqbal said:

The reason he is still here is because of the establishment. From Zia creating him to having him serve under him to Nawaz being convicted of taking ISI money as bribes to topple PPP in 1990s to his daughter marrying a Captain to his NRO deal with Musharraf to the Army under Raheel saving him in 2014 till now he is here because he is their golden egg.

hahahaha :))) :)))

You joke well bro!

He is only here cuz of the establishment. Establishment doesnt back just one horse

PPP is the only anti establishment party. Its always been that

It's true. Establishment is using Imran khan to put pressure on a government elected by the people of Pakistan. Now they are using panama thing to pull PM down but such tricks do not work on experienced and smart politicians.

Lol Nawaz Sharif couldn't become the leader of a pack of sheep if he tried. Complete and utter failure. Time to go.

If he really was anti establishment (read military), I'd be the first to support him, corruption and all, but he's still very much in bed with them. Khakis had enough evidence to send him and his to jail for several lifetimes but the fact that they sat on it during the trial and now during the JIT says it all about their relation.

LMAO. That was hilarious

It is beyond me how Punjab awaam votes en-masse for this guy. He is so un-inspirational and has such a run-of-the-mill personality

MQM, PPP AND PML-N are all acutely involved in trying to destroy Pakistan. Waiting for the day Pakistanis give change a chance or this merry-go-round of corrupt, traitors will continue... Whilst your adversary pulls ahead. Time to give IK a chance! I bet you folks will vote for who your family has an affinity with as opposed to what Pakistan needs.. Shame on you for bringing Zardari into power and then Nawaz.

P.S. I sincerely hope Pakistan gives the 'other' a chance.

Cannot compare Nawaz Sharif's case with Prophet Moses (AS) who was brought up by Pharaoh and then went against him. Nawaz Sharif has taken full advantage of his Pharaoh unlike Prophet Moses (AS). Nostalgic

There's no anti-establishment leader in Pakistan. PPP is perhaps the only party that can be anti establishment.

And how that have served Pakistan? Look at Sindh and now Karachi. Then some people will blame muhajirs if another Altaf Hussain is born.

Since they have complete monopoly on Sindh based on rural votes, they should let Karachi go and become province. Maybe then they will concentrate better on dehati Sindh with more competition from other parties. Right now they ask for votes not based on development work but ethnicity.

Nawaz isn't anti establishment and neither pro establishment. Anti would apply he is against army and pro would be someone wishing army to take over. As long as army doesn't get involved in politics which looks like the case now then there is no point in being anti-army.

What is the point of being anti establishment if all you do is to steal from the poor?

Thats a different argument altogether. We are talking of who is anti-establishment. PPP is that.

The main thing is who is among the right. If the establishment is right the parties should support them. If there is a view which is not beneficial for Pakistan it should be opposed. But of course in reality all the parties have an agenda and support or oppose each other based on other factors.
