Has Rohit Sharma unintentionally caused the downfall of another Indian bowler?

Can't believe a certain poster can actually say positive things about India :inti

Are you afraid of tagging me? How will i know that you are backbiting behind me like those aunties in mohallas do everyday. I post my opinion from heart. I am not like carrom_ball who was going to run away(bhaaging) from pakpassion had india lost to bangladesh. #GreenRoars am i wrong bro? :inti

We know your response anyway. So tagging/quoting is pretty redundant. We Indian fans are having fun among ourselves :P

By the way, sorry if yesterday's loss hurt..

So which group are you from? RSS? Shiv Sena or Bajrang Dal? Because some of you exactly remind me of those. Anyone who doesn't agree with their thoughts and your thoughts become an india hater or a traitor. You are another self appointed, intolerant thekedaar of indian patriotism department. Chal bhai aage jaa. :))).

Did Amir bottle it in the last over of the match yesterday?:yk2

Eggxactly just like the "Ordinary bowler" was exposed against the kiwis!!:D

I dont think you guys understand what faltering under pressure means. Bumrah dropped a catch and that got him under pressure. And after that he completely lost it whilst he was under pressure. Do you disagree???

He was then taken off and brough back after a while against different batsmen and by then he had calmed down and bowled well. I only said he bottled under pressure in his first spell which i am still sticking to.

I dont see what Amir has to do with this post which is about Bumrah but as usual , fans getting defensive and bringing in other players and saying so and so also performed badly. Amir's performance was bad, simple as that. It wasn't pressure or anything, it was simply that the batsmen batted well and he couldnt adapt quickly enough. You just have to watch the matches to see what i mean.

There is a deliberate attempt at bringing nationalities of the players in here when we are just discussing their performances.

I like Bumrah so far but yeah he was under pressure after dropping that catch. It was visible on his face. But he is still young and learning. Dhoni did the wrong thing by giving him the next over. May be he thought bumrah will take tamim's wicket and get his confidence back. Other teams will look into this and will try to attack him from the first ball. He came back pretty well in the end by bowling those yorkers. A much better bowler than mohit and bhuvi.

As far as amir is concerned the pressure he faced both outside and while playing is unmatchable. Still he has become Pakistan's best bowler within three months.

You can't say he bottled it if he came back in the same match and won us the game, he's got balls of steel and doesn't get bogged down under pressure, sure he was nervous early on and dhoni made a mistake by giving him the ball right after he dropped a catch, he also didn't help his line and length by coming up to the stumps, but in the end he came through so you can't say he bottled it, far from it

Where did I mention any of those words bhai? Putting words into my mouth.. Intolerant? LOL. Everyone can see who's being intolerant here.

Has more bowling intelligence than Wahab and Irfan put together.

Yes everyone can see who gets their knickers twisted whenever I post my opinion whether its related to not liking IPL or saying things as they are. :yk

India always produces Bumrah sort of bowlers who are good for a season or two and then fade away. Only one who has survived the test of time, is the legend himself, Ishant Sharma :ibutt
Jeez, this has not aged well.😂😂😂

Just proves how majority of the fans are clueless when it comes to assessing skills. Rohit has always had a sharp mind when it comes to analyzing cricket. That's why he is a good captain.

Some of the Pakistani PPers posted comments because of their hatred and bias against India which was expected of them, but some are actually really clueless.

bumra is nothing more than your ordinary gully merchant

And how many runs did your batsmen score the games won vs our so called batting line up?

I would like to see what this bumrah does when he has 80 odd runs to defend.

You win due to your batting. Be real dude.

Bumrah isn't a long term solution for India , they will have to find better bowlers. He is just a stop gap type.

Rohits comments are the opposite of the Midas touch for Indian bowlers when he opens his mouth :)

Does Bumrah hibernate between matches? Of course he knows what Sharma has said. His downfall won't be Rohit's comments but will simply be down to him not being good enough.

Over hyped. He will get exposed the more he plays.

Haha Boom-rah, let's see what happens in the next 2 years as some defending him have advised us to do. Will be looking forward to his progress/decline, whatever comes first.

No walls of text please. Bumrah won't be another Malinga imo.

Lol This guy is nothing special. Was a matter of tim till he gets found out like Sohail Tanvir

Lol.This guy didn't deserve to get so hyped. Can improve a lot though.

He can't perform in every match. Still he contributed somehow in the end. I like his bowling. He was the reason we won against aus in aus in t20's and last odi.

4 overs 1-42 today. How bad was he before? ;)

Bumrah says "hi".

I don't remember the context of that post, but I'll eat my words regardless. He's turned into the best ODI/T20 fast bowler in the world. Deadly accurate with pace and variety. He's the first fast bowler from India that I truly fear.

He puts the fear of god in batsmen in test matches as well. He was instrumental in helping India win its first ever test series down under. Terrific bowler... still a long career ahead.

This is why it’s dangerous to write off players right away.

And it goes other way around also. He can still start failing and then fade away. He has a tough action which can hamper him so you never know.

But at the moment and for the last couple of the years he hs been the best bowler in the World with Starc.
