Haseeb ur-Rehman is nearly 26 but has only played 11 FC matches; ZTBL were relegated in 2015 and he did not play in the Patron's Trophy/Grade II. He did, however, feature in PCB's annual Regional Inter-District Senior Tournament during that time. ZTBL returned to the QeA trophy this year, and he has made an excellent start.
In the first round vs Lahore Blues he took 4-9 (6.2 overs) in the first innings and 6-43 (15.4 overs) in the second innings.
Video of that performance available here:

At the start of his career, seems like he only occasionally bowled but it looks like he has become more of a spin bowling all-rounder now.
He has a classical high arm action. Gets dip, turn, and bounce and seems to have very good control.
Based on the scorecard, I had assumed the pitch was turning square but based on the video that doesn't seem to be the case. A lot of the dismissals are "test" dismissals- he's fortunate he's got a slip cordon and keeper who hold on to their catches! Will need more/better footage to see his variations etc, but initial signs look good. Let's see how he does against stronger opposition.
Competition for the offspinner is heating up with the likes ofBilal Asif, Mansoor Amjad, Ashiq Ali and now Haseeb ur-Rehman.
