His "feat" is nonsensical.

Are there extra rewards?

Moreover, is he now taking the plane or walking back to double his rewards?

Many congratulations @KingKhanWC bhai on making the Hajj pilgrimage.

May all your dua gets accepted by the almighty.

Always interested to hear stories of friends going to Hajj. I wish non Muslims could one day be allowed to go also. I have huge respect for such places of spirituality and just to feel the air in these places is always an outwardly experience indeed.

You are able to visit medina now , but not inside the masjid. I've travelled a fair bit and there is no place so chilled and peaceful.

Thank you. I've been before so am familiar, although a few years ago. I'm booking a tour, the taxi driver offered a 3 hour tour for 200 sar . Sounds reasonable to me?

Yes, standard price is around SAR 160-SAR 175 but SAR 200 is good if you know the Taxi and he will take his time.

But in a private Taxi do your own research and have a PDF so you can review before he gets to a place.

Make sure that he takes you around the streets to see Mina, Arafat etc as all those roads are closed so he needs to take the back streets.

That’s a good development bro.

No doubt. I also made a few trips to Saudi and the calmness and devotion is very visible on the faces and in body language of all the persons going for Hajj , Umrah when i see them at the airports.

The maintenance of Mecca is top notch and visitors are very disciplined. I wish our people could learn something from them.

My only wish is that they don’t commercialize and glamorize it too much. I am all for integrating the best of modern facilities but sites like Mecca which take people on a journey through time should be preserved in their natural state. Not a fan of building skyscrapers nearby. Maybe they have better reasons for it.

There are two opinions on the matter and I would like you to consider both:

1) The Architecture of Makkah clock Tower is hideous and the whole building is an abomination!

2) The property is at the location of the exact spot where stood the house of Abu-Bakr (RA), the first caliph of Islam and where the Prophet (Peace be upon Him) hid and then migrated to Madina from. The four chandeliers at the front entrance is exactly where his house stood. This means that the whole structure isn't a business but "waqf" in perpetuaty and all income is used to maintain and sustain the structures of the Holy places in Makkah.

The Zamzam charity counter right by security when you enter is what sustains poor people of Makkah.

So when you enter the awful building and pay exorbitant prices, you sustain the Haram of Makkah and feed the poor, every cent spent by pilgrims goes towards it...

No Profit!

Best time of day for ziyarat and is 150 a fair price?

Thanks

Bro plz watch Zubair Raiz vlogs with best dates etc in title and also about Nusuk app for registration for Riaz ul Jannah

  1. The Riyadul-Jannah slots open at 1 minute and 31 minutes past the hour in the App so you need to be ready and try to book at 10:01, 10:31, 11:01, 11:31 and so on and so forth for both men and women. For women, even after booking the proper Riyadul-Jannah is often blocked and security escorts them to anywhere and tells them "Everywhere is Riyadul-Jannah" so if you have women in your group be prepared to be disappointed.
  2. You have a few choices for Ajwa dates:
    1. Khajoor Market: Any Taxi driver will take you OR google Map "Madina Dates Market, الربوة، سوق المدينة المركزي, Al Wabra, رقم دكان 24, Madinah 42371, Saudi Arabia" and walk around and taste the merchandise...This is the most fun option and taste the stuff (free)
    2. Bin Dawood: Around 60 SAR/KG and it is good quality...This is the laziest option if you are short on time.
    3. From Masjidun-Nabawi walk out to As-Salam Road (Masjid Ali on your left) and keep walking until you cross the overpass and now you are in the Pakistani area and Ajwa dates range from 15 SAR to 30 SAR...This is the cheapest option
    4. Pakistani Market: Near Masjid Bilal, exit to Jannatul-Baqi and ask around
    5. Bangali Market: Even cheaper but Saudees are trying to shut it down and many shops have moved
  3. Ziyaraat: Best time is after Fajar and you have a few options:
    1. After Fajar go around Masjid Ghamama courtyard and Saudees take you for SAR 10 and take about 2 Hours, its a limited trip and you can see Uhud, Masjid-Quba, Masjid-Qiblatain, 7 Masjids etc..This is a quick cheap way to orient yourself...There are many Saudees and they are yelling "Das Riyal, Das Riyal"
    2. Same place as organised buses for 80 SAR with guided tours in 14 languages, plug the headphones and listen to commentary of your choice
    3. Take Taxi and SAR 150 is a very good price if the Taxi driver will take you everywhere. Uhud has free Breakfast everyday (Chickpeas, Paratha and Mint Tea for all visitors after Fajar) and most Taxi guys will take you here first to get free breakfast
The best Ajwa dates have more of these white lines, the cheaper ones have less white lines...so look for these fine white lines when you are shopping.

ajwa-dates.jpg

After Fajar, From the Masjid Ghamama courtyard take the Saudi minibuses daily to Masjid Quba for 2 SAR while the golf carts take 10 SAR and walking takes 35 minutes. It is Sunnah to walk to Masjid Quba on Satudays after Fajar.

You can go daily for 2 SAR and get the reward of Umrah everytime you pray 2 Rakaat at Masjid Quba, less then 45 minutes and you are back daily.

As Salam Rd is easy to find and keep walking and shops are on both sides and beyond the overpass is the Pakistani area. Good Pakistan food & shops everywhere...

Salam to Prophet ﷺ for men:
  1. Best time is after Dhohar, get in line and go through Babus-Salam
  2. No App required

Salam to Prophet ﷺ for women:
  • Best time is after Esha, go through Gate 32 (is it 32 or 37, I always get mixed up)
    :))
  • No App required

Riyadul-Jannah booking for men and women
  1. Each person needs their own Account on the Nusuk App
  2. Book the slot from inside Saudi Arabia as VPN doesn't always work. Riyadul-Jannah slots open at 1 minute and 31 minutes past the hour in the App so you need to be ready and try to book at 10:01, 10:31, 11:01, 11:31 and so on and so forth for both men and women. Once you have the booking, you need the QR code
  3. Once you have the slot the QR code changes & without Internet you have 90 minutes for the QR code to be valid. If you screenshot the QR code it will change in 90 minutes and you will be denied entry if the QR code is invalid
    1. Women ONLY: Expect to be shown the wrong place by Security or hurried along or forced to exit before your 10 minutes are up.

Madina is surrounded by Uhud (9Km in an arc) from 3 sides and Badar is along Route60 in the only open direction 80 miles away & common Ziyaraat do not cover a visit to Badar as it is too far, if you need to go you will need a specialized trip to Badar.

We passed Badr on the way , wanted to stop but was very tired although it sounds worth visiting now . As you know this battle changed human history . Are there any graves there or where the martyrs buried elsewhere?

Also is it best to buy zam zam at the airport when returning?

I have not been to Badr in a while but what I can recall the graveyard exists and it is similar to Uhud (enclosed in a Fence) that's how it used to be.

Zamzam can only be bought from the Airport for 12 SAR a bottle (per passenger) and you need to check-in with your luggage and collect it at your final destination.

Is it then part of your luggage allowance or excluded as an extra free ?

I managed to book a time slot when I went near the prophet(,pbuh) , at the hotel nothing was showing so I assume the app priorities the near location. It was open in the day to walk through, not sure if this is normal but was amazing.

Saudi Arabia records highest single-day Umrah with 500,000 pilgrims

Saudi Arabia has recorded its highest number of Umrah pilgrims in a single day, with half a million worshippers performing the pilgrimage at the Grand Mosque on Thursday, the General Presidency for the Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque has confirmed.

The unprecedented turnout underscores the growing influx of visitors to Islam’s holiest site, particularly during Ramadan, and highlights the critical role of advanced monitoring systems in managing large crowds.

To ensure smooth operations and crowd control, the authorities have adopted state-of-the-art monitoring technology, including AI-powered surveillance and smart sensors installed at key entry points.

These sensors track the number of pilgrims entering the mosque in real-time, while advanced cameras help detect movement and pinpoint congestion areas with precision.

The integrated system allows for immediate crowd assessment, enabling authorities to optimize the distribution of worshippers across high-density areas such as the Mataf—where pilgrims circumambulate the Kaaba—and the Sa’i, the pathway between Safa and Marwah.

Ma sha Allah.

Great to see.

Evidently neither do you.

In similar vein, hindus symbolize statues as a focal point. There's no distinction from muslims then who hold similar reverence for deities and objects, both. Apparently this inanimate worldly object is to testify on one's spiritual integrity.

A fairytale for the masses to invest hard-earned dollars for admission to delights hereafter.
Worshiping and using a direction as a point of worship are the same thing? I prostrate on a praying mat , and I prostrate to a praying mat are two different things.

Also the point you made about Hindus is not correct. Hindus do not make one focal point , they make various different forms with different attributes. Only the Muslims present in mecca can physically see Kaba when they prostrate towards that , in rest of Muslim household , they do not put a statue or picture of Kaba to prostrate.

Whereas Hindus do not prostrate without any statue , image or picture etc.

Thank you for reiterating my argument.

Now how is this act any different from hindus prostrating to an object of religious affection?
LOL

Kaaba is a direction for all Muslims and is a symbol of unity that MUSLIMS pray to only 1 ALLAH.
We don't need anything physical to bow down to.

You will not understand the difference until you stop wearing the glasses of atheism or whatever you are wearing.

Such mental gymnastics only validate personal biases of the uninitiated.

To a trained eye, this act is akin to hinduism wherein a physical object/deity is subjected to prostration. At daily cadence.

For earning of benefits hereafter.

If you ask any MUSLIM, they will simply say NO to your question that do we pray to KAABA... Muslims prey towards the direction of KAABA only.

Argh. The unity bull.

When you don't even celebrate the biggest festival on the same day. When you rent out airbases to attack a neighboring muslim country. When you pay taxes to fund israel's existence whilst it decimates your co-religionists.

And then you repeatedly prostrate towards a physical object. Like hindus. And fool yourself to "unify". Please!

Over 77,000 Pilgrims set to miss Hajj as private operators fail to meet deadline

A failure to comply with Saudi Arabia’s requirements has resulted in the private Hajj quota being underutilized, leaving at least 77,000 potential pilgrims without the opportunity to perform Hajj this year. In response, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has ordered an inquiry into the matter.

An investigative committee, headed by the Secretary of the Cabinet Division, held a meeting where Secretary of Religious Affairs Dr. Ata-ur-Rehman briefed the committee.

During the briefing, it was revealed that private Hajj operators had violated agreements, leading to the booking of only 12,500 out of the 89,801 allocated slots. As a result, 77,000 pilgrims will miss the opportunity to undertake the sacred journey.

It was also explained that Saudi Arabia had refused to extend the deadline for the agreement, which the Federal Minister for Religious Affairs had requested in hopes of extending the booking deadline.

A contract between private Hajj operators, the Saudi Ministry, and the Pakistan Hajj Mission had been signed on December 10. The government allowed tour operators to transfer funds to Saudi Arabia starting January 10, with Saudi Arabia setting a final booking deadline for February 14.

Under the annual Hajj agreement 2025 between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia, 179,210 Pakistani pilgrims will perform Hajj this year.

Since you have studied "11 years in a Madrasah", please provide evidence from primary Islamic sources that Muslims worship the Kabah, pictures are for amateur Islamophobes!

You are a learned scholar with 11 years of theology behind you so you should be able to blow every Muslim away on this forum with solid textual evidence.

OR were your "11 years of Madrasah" wasted and you live with the guilt of Academic inadequacy everyday and unable to state anything factual about Islam?

Everybody else, This guy is a conman so don't try to explain anything or feed the troll. He has "11 years of Madrasah" education under he is belt :)

To make a living he does that.
But he’s not looting people out being a murderer or something.

Let’s take life easy? Let the brother make peace with himself?

I wish him the best.

I’m no admirer btw
He can make a living without hurling filthy and disgusting abuses as well.

Please tell the full and complete story of what stood there well before 632AD in your own words and if those exact same actions would be acceptable today.
It was full of statues. Worshipped by locals. Bowed down to. Daily.

He can't respond. Since you checkmated him.

It's a sensitive topic. Since his/mine ancestors also worshipped statues. Now his bowing down is limited to just one building/rock.

Pakistan among 14 countries facing Saudi Arabia visa ban

ISLAMABAD: Saudi Arabia has imposed a temporary visa ban on 14 countries, including Pakistan, ahead of the Hajj 2025 season, The News reported on Sunday.

The sources say that the visa ban will apply to Umrah, business and family visas, with the restrictions likely to end in mid-June.

With the diplomatic sources saying that the Umrah visa holders can enter Saudi Arabia until April 13, other countries subjected to the visa ban include India, Bangladesh, Egypt, Indonesia, Iraq, Nigeria, Jordan, Algeria, Sudan, Ethiopia, Tunisia and Yemen.

With the possibility of a five-year restriction on staying in Saudi Arabia despite the ban, the sources added that the Saudi government has officially informed Pakistan about this decision.

They also mentioned that Pakistani Umrah visa holders have been instructed to return to their country by April 29.

Meanwhile, separately, the Ministry of Religious Affairs has approved the Hajj flight schedule. Under the government Hajj scheme, 89,000 pilgrims will travel to Saudi Arabia to perform Hajj through five airlines.

The schedule will be available on the Pak Hajj mobile application from today. All pilgrims can know about their flight from the application.

The first Hajj flight will depart on April 29, while the last flight will leave on May 31. Five flights will depart from Islamabad, Lahore, Karachi, Quetta and Multan on April 29.

Pilgrims have been instructed to get vaccinated at their respective Haji camps ten days before their flight, which is mandatory. The second phase of pilgrim training will begin on April 8.

Meanwhile, PIA has announced its pre-Hajj operations, which will continue from April 29 to June 1.

During this period, the national airline will transport more than 56,000 Pakistani pilgrims to Saudi Arabia through 280 special flights, belonging to both government and private schemes. Boeing 777 and Airbus 320 aircraft will be used to make the journey more comfortable and organized. PIA’s post-Hajj operation will begin on June 12 and will continue until July 10.

It is to be noted that as many as 179,210 Pakistani pilgrims will perform the Hajj this year

The cost of the 40-day-long Hajj package has been reduced by Rs25,000, bringing the total to Rs1,050,000.

Similarly, the 25-day short Hajj package has been further reduced by Rs50,000, setting the new price at Rs1,100,000.

Why such a ban on select few countries who have majority of Muslims of the world.

Why US, Europe, China, Russia, Australia not included in this ban.

Very racist from Saudis

Saudi Arabia increases Hajj quota for Pakistan by 10,000 pilgrims

Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar contacted the Saudi Foreign Minister to make a special request for an increase in the Hajj quota for Pakistani pilgrims.

This request was made for those citizens who were unable to register before the deadline for Hajj.

Following the special instructions of Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and the efforts of the Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister, Saudi Arabia has decided to allow an additional 10,000 pilgrims from Pakistan to perform Hajj.

The Saudi authorities accepted Pakistan’s special request and approved the extension of the Hajj quota for the country.

Saudi Arabia increases Hajj quota for Pakistan by 10,000 pilgrims
Doing the math. 10,000 pilgrims X 1,100,000 rupees = $40mil USD additional moneys.

Imagine missed opportunities. How many schools, clinics, infrastructure, upliftment projects can be financed.

Humanity versus god. Huqqoq-ul-ibad looses. To allah.

Only 23,600 Pakistanis to be allowed to perform Hajj 2025: Ministry

The Ministry of Religious Affairs has issued important guidelines for pilgrims travelling under the private Hajj scheme for 2025, emphasizing adherence to Saudi Arabia’s deadlines and the use of official platforms for updates and support.

According to the ministry, only 23,620 Pakistani pilgrims will be allowed to perform Hajj this year under the private Hajj scheme. To ensure transparency and convenience, the list of authorized service providers and their quotas has been uploaded to the ministry’s official website and the Pak Hajj 2025 mobile app.

A spokesperson for the ministry urged all pilgrims and service providers to stay informed through the Pak Hajj app, which offers real-time updates, important announcements, and contact information.

“All companies operating under the private Hajj scheme must share updated service contracts with pilgrims according to their allotted quota,” the spokesperson stressed.

The ministry also reminded private Hajj operators and pilgrims to complete the Hajj visa issuance process by April 18, as per instructions from the Saudi authorities.

I know of some people here using their PK passports to do Hajj. The cost has increased to around £8000 and using the PK passport they get it for around £4000.

Downlow is that "shirky" habits exuded by pakistanis during this trip is considered problematic by the authorities.

Exacerbated by bhikaris within this contingent. Of the pure.

What gluttonous act? Do you know what that means? And you need to do some primary research and not just rely on the Internet.

Why you sound mad in every thread? Who bruised your feelings? Why air out your mental breakdowns on every post?

It’s their money, let them burn it if they want. Pakistan’s running on charity fumes not because Muslims don’t give. Muslims donate more than most. It’s not a money problem, it’s a management disaster. Maybe clean your own house (Pakistan, where you claim to reside) before passing around the donation basket.

Same in the US, Hajj can cost nearly $30k for a couple, but slap on a Pakistani passport and it’s $15k with better accommodations.
The PK Hajjis had longer journeys to Haram as their accommodation is farther away( when performed Hajj in 2019). My accommodation was around 10min walking distance

Kher Mubarak. IA the calls come for you and your family. I didn't plan to go in 2019 and had planned to go to PK but the return dates to the UK dates were problematic as they were too close to the school reopening. And then from no where my family suggested we go to Hajj. I thought I had left it too late but when the call comes, the obstacles just fade away.
I have to also say how kind people are each other and the organisation is generally very good. IA if I live long enough, I want to go again.

It would be a dream come true if I can finally complete my Hajj obligation. I am saving up for that currently.

I am hoping to do it either next year or the year after that. Want to complete it in my 30's (I am 34 now).

Private Hajj organizers reveal they have Rs200 billion stuck in Saudi Arabia

Members of the Hajj & Umrah Organisers Association Pakistan have made a startling revelation in the ongoing Hajj controversy — potentially involving around 67,000 intending pilgrims who have not been issued Saudi visas and risk not only missing the Hajj but also losing money.

During a press conference in Peshawar, Kamran Zaib, a representative of the organisers, disclosed that Hajj organizers had transferred over 2.5 billion Saudi Riyal (SAR) to Saudi Arabia.

Earlier, it was reported that SAR480 million (PKR36 billion) collected from intending pilgrims had been transferred to Saudi Arabia and paid for various service including hotels.

However, Kamran Zaib revealed that the amount stood at SAR2.67 billion (nearly PKRs200 billion) and included money from both intending pilgrims and the organizers. Some of the organizers sent money to Saudi Arabia believing they would collect it from the pilgrims later, he said.

Kamran Zaib also said money collected from overseas Pakistanis, who formed 30 percent of the nearly 89,000 pilgrims, also included in the amount.

Kamran Zaib said Rs220 million had been paid in advance tax to the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), and another Rs1.58 billion had been transferred to the Ministry of Religious Affairs. He stressed that despite meeting all official requirements, the government has failed to provide any clear process for the return of collected funds.

Funds accepted beyond deadline, questions raised
Zaib further stated that even after the February 14 deadline, payments continued to be accepted. “If the deadline had passed, why were funds still being collected?” he questioned.

Because it is a money-making, ponzi scheme.

Tickets to heaven in exchange for worldly money.

And object worship.
