How did the Waqar Younis report get leaked?

The title is self-explanatory. This is utter shambles, how does a confidential report from the national team's coach regarding specific players and ex-players/coaches/managers get leaked into mainstream media with such ease?

Extremely unprofessional and makes a complete mockery of our cricket fraternity.

Waqar opened his heart out at everything he felt was broken in the system, including how some players would leak inside team information to the media and he's now made to feel like a snitch about it. This needs to be investigated, somethings need to kept away from the media for a reason.

I am glad you didn't say afridi's behind this because he is in Karachi and not Lahore where the report was submitted. I thought everyone at PCB management was against afridi, so who is afridi group who has access to the report.
