How good or bad was the last decade for Pakistan?

Nawaz Sharif as PM
Panamagate
Nawaz Sharif removed as PM due to corruption charges
Rise of PTI as a political power
Asia Bibi, a Christian woman acquitted of blasphemy after eight years on death row, is freed from prison
India Pakistan get close to war and the downing of the Indian jet
Pakistan's stand on Kashmir

The beginning of the decade was no doubt a terrible start for Pakistan, however since Imran Khan has become PM, the end of the decade has signalled the beginning of Naya Pakistan, and inshallah the next decade Pakistan will ascend to heights like never seen before.

I should add, as a bonus, Modi is doing a sterling job in assisting Pakistan.

Things can only get better for Pakistan.

For the most part it was a poor decade, but Imran Khan and PTI’s rise to power gave some hope.

Terrorism decreased by 95% since 2009 so I'd say it has been a very good year safety wise.

Hopefully, we can be as safe as any average country by the end of the decade.

Really want us to be out of the top 10 in the Global Terrorism Index by the end of this decade.

i guess there was some good news, whether you like him or not, but IK breaking the axis of pmln-ppp for the first time in pak politics with no army intervention, is what pakistanis had been dreaming of. So remember, from chaos comes order.

December 2014 marked the nadir. I believe we stared into the abyss that dismal month, and have turned back from the precipice since.

In terms of football (Soccer), Pakistan did poorly. The Pakistani football team was banned for half this decade and the other half was ranked as low as 200, they were also knocked out all 3 times in the first round of world cup qualification by huge margins. The football team couldn't even make it to the Asian cup. Other than soccer, the Pakistan olympics team had a dismal record, couldn't win a single medal at any of the olympics. I don't think they sent more a couple people. It's embarrassing for a 70+ year old country.
