How selfish are you?

I believe most (if not all) humans are selfish. Some are more and some are less.

On the scale of 0 to 10, how selfish are you? I give myself 6.

I personally think selfishness is fine but there should be a limit.

bit difficult to quantify as i dont know whether u mean money wise, time wise, doing things for other people, etc.

for me personally i have my family and a group of friends who i would try to help out however i can when i can, beyond that is a group of acquaintances, whether or not i help them is dependent on long term whether i think there is anything to gain from it.

my own red line however is i wont help someone out to my own detriment, don't believe in being a martyr, open communication and letting people know that no means no off the bat helps. too many people can get stuck in societal pressure of not saying no clearly.

I meant overall.

It seems like you have the same approach as me. I also don't believe in harming my own interests. Some people prefer to be doormats of others and I oppose that type of mentality.
