He is clearly causing a lot of embarrassment for Pakistan, so how should he be handled?

Pakistan should not consider fixing Masood Azhar as the solution to this issue. The real problem is education. Look at the posts from some educated posters here, they still endorse the guy. Someone like Azhar will never deliver Kashmir. He will only terrorise innocents and push Pakistan back economically while helping the Indian narrative on terrorism and Pakistan.

There should be a fundamental change in the policy on Kashmir and there should be no place for people like him.

Is Masood Azahr the one causing the embarrassment or the ones protecting him over the years?

What are you talking about?

It doesn't matter what few people think.

The policy of Pakistan's government is dialogue and it had been for past 20 years.

It is Indian government that need to look at themselves and figure out how to solve this issue but current Indian ruling party benefit from it and even the highest educated people of India are falling for it because they are the most gullible people in South Asia.

Broader question is what laws has he violated:
- if he has provided material support, he should be prosecuted, or dealt with the way our folks tend to deal with stubborn problems
- if the issue is his rhetoric then it gets complicated
A - is he inspiring violence
B - is he violating any law By talking about a particular subject
But Pakistan might need to enact new laws if they think there’s rhetoric leading to violence.
I must say that speaking out against atrocities in Kashmir is not prosecutable

Dialogue while supporting separatist and terrorist activities in India. The policy of Pakistan govt is to continue this double faced policy. But nobody in India is going to fall for it.

Pakistan doesnot adhere to the agreements and treaties it signs, like Shimla Agreement and Lahore Declaration, hence its useless to have any dialogue.

Please stop tagging me.

I refuse to have discussion with someone who is as delusional as you.

It seems your purpose in life is how to flip the news, lies and anything related to India in Indian favor no matter how ridiculous you may sound.

This isn't being patriotic, it is medical pathology.
