How to use mobile credit to buy Items online (Steam, Amazon)

I really want to buy games from Steam but to do that I must have a Paypal account, credit card which I don't. For Paypal I need a bank account and Paypal don't accept mobile credit as deposit

If there's a way to use your mobile credit to buy online ( like in Apple store, Googleplay etc) then please post it here.

Can I use Western Union Money transfer or any other Money transfer service to add funds to my Paypal account ?

A bit difficult since, as you say in the first post above, you don't have a Paypal account, and you can't get one since you don't have a bank account to link it to.

Boku? Not many retailers use it but it does allow you to pay for stuff via sms.
