I am perfectly OK with Pakistan losing every Test in SENA as long as they are unbeatable at home and winning frequently in Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and the Caribbean.

The above is achievable by heavily investing in spin-friendly pitches at home and always playing two spinners in every Test match in Asia and the Caribbean where the ball also spins significantly.

Absolutely. It’s a myth that focusing on spin at home hurts our chances in SENA. This approach could actually keep our pacers fresh and ready for away Tests.

I think Pakistan will be touring England next year as part of the WTC cycle.

Unless we unearth a new talent this year, I would go with the following against England:

Shaheen
Khurram
Abbass
Sajid

The key for me is to pick at least one front line spinner regardless of conditions and not to rely on useless allrounders like Jamal.

I kinda feel that Sajid and Nauman is a pretty solid partnership. They should play together as much as possible. Shaheen is the best seamer. This is the bowling core. The rest depends on conditions but not a wayward bowler like Naseem or Haris
