No one is stopping your team or players from getting to number 1. All they have to do is perform consistently, just like Pakistan did when they won 11 consecutive series, which included Teams like ENG, AUS, and NZ, in a format in which any team can win on any given day and consistency is difficult to maintain. This resulted in Pakistan gaining a massive lead in points, like the past legendary teams.

No one will disagree that Pakistan has been terrible recently due to several reasons. To such extent that they had lost 8 T20Is out of 9 before the BD series. But their 2017-2018 run was so impressive that they are still number 1, which seems to upset some people and makes them bitter for some reason.

The legendary Pakistani T20 team has weakened due to some poor planning and selection. This is an opportunity for lesser teams to gain the top ranking. Wasting such an opportunity will be shameful and shocking.

What is the point of celebrating the wins of other teams over India, when your team is not good enough to compete, and have lost 4 out of the last 5 ODI with the same set of players in the last 3 years.

Not to mention, 2 of those defeats came when India were without arguably the best ODI batsman of all time.

Pakistan cricket has reached a point where the fans are left with no choice but to be parai shaadi me Abdullah deewana.

In cricket, there are two universal Gods - Sir Don & Sir Gary.
