As per the early signs, finger spinners have enjoyed the surfaces and have been economical.
Santner, Shakib, Jadeja, Ashwin, Maharaj, Nawaz, Aryan Dutt etc have enjoyed bowling with economy.
Whereas, Zampa, Adil Rashid, Shadab, Rashid Khan all struggled in their first games. Only Kuldeep had a great game but it was a spinning track where Jadeja outperformed him.

Will the similar trend follow overall in the World Cup or is it just that the wrist spinners need some time to adjust in the conditions?

Yes Kuldeep is in great rhythm perhaps the best of the lot. I personally think that he should be tested mentally by opponent teams by attacking him in a calculated way.
Pakistan struggles against him because they try to play him out which allows him to attack the batsmen. Also cross batted shots might not be a good idea against him.

There is more possibility of a finger injury to Nawaz or back injury to Usama Mir .

In today's India vs Afghanistan match, only 3 wickets were taken by the spinner and of them were by wrist spinners so it all depends on how well the bowlers bowl. Whoever bowls good lines and lengths will get more success.

One thing I realized later on that while Rashid Khan is a leg spinner but he is more of a finger spinner. He is not a wristspinner so I would exclude him from the wrist spinners list in my first post.

Kuldeep has added this killer faster delivery. Almost comes at the speed of Shahid afridi's faster ones. He actually bowl seam up. But kuleep even with leg spinning action bowls at 118 kph

What's disappointing but not surprising is just how much Pakistani batters struggle against spinners these days.

There was a time when the likes of Javed Miandad, Inzamam-ul-Haq etc would be fantastic against spin, but these days it's a huge problem for our batters.

I think it is also dependent on the quality of spinners in your team. How can our batsmen learn to play spin when your main bowlers are Nawaz and Shadab. Even Usama Mir isn't that great.
The worst thing is that Nawaz has not spun anything in the past 2 years atleast. If you can not spin on Indian pitches then you are useless all over the world.
Shadab and Usama do not know the art of developing an over. It is quite amazing that nobody is telling Usama to stop flighting and looping with his height. He should focus on hitting the good length and the Indian pitches would do the trick with his height advantage.
