what is the reason behind the bhai-bhai. Afghans normally are more religious than Pakistanis. I though they would be bhai-bhai with their Ummah brothers.

A lot of Aghans came to India after Soviet Invasion, nowhere near though the numbers in Pakistan, but generally I have found the Afghans who came were generally the middle class type chaps. Areas of South Delhi have a decent population of Aghans..

Also a lot of them have been coming recently for medical treatment.
